Let’s raise a glass to how confident FDS has made me! 🥂

I just blocked a guy I’ve been talking to without giving him any explanation. I met him through acquaintances so he’s practically a stranger to me. In the past, I felt guilty for blocking and deleting men’s contact information without giving out any explanation or reason, but from reading these posts on FDS, y’all have given me the courage to feel no remorse when I want to stop talking to clowns.

The guy I was talking to kept insisting that I travel downtown to him and “chill”at his place after work and that I can crash at his place if I get too drunk. I’ve seen him drink 4 cans of cider and burp in front of me. Gross. I liked him when he wasn’t drunk since he seemed intelligent and thoughtful. Him downing those drinks was off-putting and my attraction to him just instantly died. Earlier today, I saw a post about low effort men making women go to them and it just got me so riled up that I ended blocking and deleting his info.

The old me would feel sad and guilty for not giving him an explanation, abruptly ending communication, and not giving him another chance. However, I’m freaking ecstatic! This is the first time I’ve ever felt like this!

I think that when women move on from shitty exes and potentials, we should be celebrating our new future without them in our lives, instead of mourning the loss of a (potential) relationship.

Instead of drinking his shitty ale, I’ll be sipping my champagne in the comfort of my own home with FDS! 🍾🥂🥳

Cheers! 🥂
