Excellent advice. I feel I played it off pretty well, "We don't have to have sex, but I'm going to keep driving you wild" kind of talk. Kept escalating but didn't close. Gave her a solid k-close in the morning and already set up another date.

Eh it's been opposite for me. Almost every girl I've went to bed with in the first date wants to form a relationship. Every time I try and take it slow it fizzles out and nothing comes from it.

What can help also is a "freeze-out" as mystery stated. It's pretty much if they do something undesirable like not wanting to take off their top you just stop and direct their attention to something else like "hey let's play chess" or "hey I think BBC earth is on." Until they cave in and you try again. It takes a while, but it gives them a reason to sleep with you.
Essentially girls give the last minute resistance because they are unsure if you will stick around or not (They are hard wired for mating reasons. In the old days your support in a family means stronger offspring). So what this "freeze-out" does, is show them that you'll be around and not just leave them after you get what you want.
It's brilliant, but also makes you understand what they're going through and appreciate what's going on in their mind.

kinesthetics makes sense, but as a half-serious theory i like to think it comes from kino - the german word for cinema; if you take a girl to the cinema for the first date (horrendous idea, but something many of us have done as inexperienced teenagers or young adults) touching will be weighing down on your mind like a well fed elephant and it will only get heavier if you feel you've missed your window of opportunity. hence it makes a good name for 'touching for the first time' in general

Tips for Kino:
-Don't look at where you go for the touch. Be giving eye contact.
-Start with a shoulder or arm and then maybe go for the leg next time.
-Go for the lower back after this.
-Kino isn't just a suggestion it's huge. In my personal experience it's the #1 difference between taking a girl home and striking out. With it any girl can be seduced and without it almost none can. Get comfortable with casual touch and then, at the right moment, go for a kiss....etc...
After a date when you go to hug goodbye...hug tight and for a little too long...I then give a kiss on the cheek...which makes her laugh...and then immediately go for a kiss on the lips/making out. Works for me.

I think I can give a bit of reasoning on that. There is this theory that sex will make a special intimacy between the two people that is unlike 2 people just knowing each other. Basically you skip a few steps because sex got you a lot closer to the person. I forgot where I got this from and can't really go into much more detail sorry.

I kinda disagree with the last one. I feel like getting mentor or a coach would be better. Then again you could say that the coach/boot camp is forcing you to be in the field.
But the same could be said for gyming/lifting. While the spotter will be with you in the gym; a spotter will be able to force you to push your boundaries and achieve what your original goal was for the workout session.

/r/Seduction is like your coach/mentor. A better comparison for a spotter would be a wingman.
You could learn all you want here, but if you go out and get, for example, nervous, then none of what you learned will matter.
On the other hand, if you go out and try again and again without worry of rejection, then you will become more skilled than lots of people on this subreddit.

But yeah, when I was starting out, I had not much success, just lurking in this sub and learning (am an introvert nerd), until I met someone who had a very small community (2 people and him) of PUA trainees/wannabes. I started learning from them and getting in the field, and I have faced fears I could NEVER overcome, and they were there to give me that extra jolt and encouragement... the kind coaches do that could make you hate them, lol. We would also talk before and after our game, evaluate ourselves and each other, improving our game. And we would learn humbly and treat each other as equals, because we are far from masters, and we have much to learn. Then I kinda got it. And I grew very confident. And I understood non-verbal game, and pretty much all the tips listed by OP. I had a lot of successes and lays (my best one so far was a threesome), and the confidence I built up is definitely worth it.
I would like to add that PUAs, especially newbies, make a very small community (like 2-3 of you), kinda coach each other. Just try to encourage each other, learn from each others mistakes and most importantly, GO TO THE FIELD AND PLAY! There would certainly be a TON of fun mistakes and anecdotes, but they are certainly part of the growth to becoming the seducer you want to be! Try gathering after every game, and share your experiences and lessons, especially the mistakes. Mistakes teach us a lot, if we know how we made them and why they were mistakes.

no no no, take the gym for example again. I'm positive more that 90% of people who lose a large amount of weight, did it without a coach or mentor. Without a spotter, with their own grit and their will to find knowledge.
So I feel it applies again. Would a coach help? of course! tremendously, but start without a coach, lest that coach be the crutch to your gaming

I believe #1 holds true the most for me. I'm not a guy who talks a lot when picking up women. If I'm out and have had a few, I tend to just act. I've noticed women pick up on this and I pick up their cues, i.e. IOIs.
