I've managed to get in like 15 rejections last Sat which was cool.

I usually average like 5-6 approaches/rejections per night

A few years ago I couldn’t imagine myself with a beautiful women , now I take it for granted sometimes and forget the guy I used it be .

You can approach to women every day. Wrong mindset. You talk to every single woman you run into all day or entire afternoon after doing whatever need to do in the morning. You do this for a week or so then you dont even have to put yourself into a wired feeling mindset when you go out at night. This is a basic.

I'm still getting there. I've been rejected a few times, and every time it wasn't weird and if anything it's a story I'd tell my friends. Despite that, I'm still afraid of it. I asked out a 16 year old once while she was at work, and it was very wrong and I escaped quick, but she looked much older. That was about 3 years ago, and until then she has changed jobs and she works at my favorite restaurant that I frequent the most. Best part, she probably doesn't remember me at all and I don't care if she does.

Congrats, you have made a amazing first step. Some helpful tips; don’t stop approaching. Your mind will tell you that now you are ok because you approached the other day but you want to still keep approaching and socializing. Socialization with anyone will help reduce anxiety on approach. Another tip, smile and have good posture. Smiling is very important socially it conveys confidence as with good posture, and psychologically it will affect your confidence too. Again, good job. 👍

How do you get over rejection that easily? I've been trying to, but its hard. The only way I get over rejection is if I have success with one girl. That's when the previous rejections become invalid and no longer has an effect

Get used to rejection because even if you have years of experience and mountains of success in approaching, you'll still get rejected. I've approached HB8's and gotten to 2nd base in public areas, one of whom was married. I've also been rejected by every girl I approached at a concert which took place months after my previous successes with the HB8's.

Laugh it off. When you simply don't care about rejection it removes their power over you.

They can sense when that happens and will start chasing you instead - suddenly they start worrying about competing with other women who ARE able to attract you.

Keep in mind though that when you get rejected you need to not act like you just got rejected. Girls will pick up on the fact that other girls are rejecting you and already have a confirmation bias in their heads.
