That is the worst pledge I have ever read... Have you ever heard of a smart goal? Specific, measurable, acheivable, realistic and time sensitive SOOOO.... your 90 day challenge could be: I will open 5 sets with random girls on the street each work week and 10 sets each weekend... OR Get XXX numbers... OR XXX k-closes... well... I dunno I am not an expert here... but something else that you can measure and feel good about achieving!

Print out a large grid labelled Monday - Sunday, and a number of large columns with the steps you're going to have to achieve each day, something like the M3 model, but break it up so it's easy to achieve some success each day so that you're rewarded for effort if not actual results (for example, 1: Go outside, 2: Talk to female stranger, 3: Attract girl, 4: Isolate her, 5: Makeout and get phone number, 6: Call number, 7: Go on a Day 2), etc.

Pin it high up on your wall (so you can add more below it next week, and the week following, etc), and go get a bunch of shiny coloured star stickers like they used in primary school, so you can mark your progress just before going to sleep each night. In the morning, look at your progress and remind yourself of what you have to do again today to progress more.

If you were previously successful with women, print a tonne of photos of you and your ex's all over the wall around it, as motivation that you've done this before and will do it again. (If not, no big deal). If you get a girl over and she sees it, don't be ashamed. They'll already like you by that stage and backwards rationalise that it's cool.

I did this around 2006 to get over my first major failed relationship and love. I have pictures of it somewhere, and it was truly legendary with hundreds of photos plastered around it and glittering stars marking my progress each day like you wouldn't believe. I was already successful and knew what I was doing but having a hard time trying to motivate myself and keep it going after a short period of depression and seeming to lose my way.

It worked. In a similar situation I would do it again, which is why I say you could try it. But you don't have to, of course. It will help keep you honest with yourself though.

Honest opinion... I just got back into 'gaming' and OPENING and WORKING OUT are the two most important parts... once you get that handled, all the rest will seem WAY EASIER
