Push-pull comes from the wrong frame and becomes very gamey Todd V who actually sucks at the game. Do you push-pull your guy friends? hell no... you don't mind telling them they are being a dbag or dumb... same goes for how you should treat women.

If she acts bad call her out for bad behavior if she leaves you o well.. I rather date a cool chick vs a drama queen that can't be put in her place.

Ok I personally advise against stuff like this because it's fake. A real confident man doesn't have to think this hard about how he behaves. He just does what he wants and he never prioritizes a woman over himself.

"Push pull" is just a thing you can do naturally without thinking about it when you've fixed your inner game. I find stuff like this to be a crutch and worse could be a bad habit later in your development.

Imagine a world where your opinion is the only one that matters (surprise, this should be your world). If someone says something you like, you'll compliment them. If you're too busy to think about her, you'll ignore her. Maybe you're feeling into her one minute, so you touch her shoulder. The next minute, you're annoyed with her, so you withdraw. Congratulations this is "push pull" without the contrivance.

Are people stunted at their grade 8 mindset because you don't do this if you're a sensible and mature adult to someone you would consider caring and loving for. This is very callous a cruel and if you want someone have a fling with then why can't you just keep flirting with them and being friends while ALSO being transparent and forthecoming?

If you try it on the real confident ones, that shit will bore the hell out if them. That's something you do with low self-esteem, insecure girls, not women. I like them grounded and confident, it's way more fun in bed

It sounds to me like you're interpreting the definition of push-pull into this overly broad context, that I've never heard anyone use it in.

Push-Pull in the most traditional sense is just a compliment with something that mitigates or cancels the compliment.

"That's a fabulous dress, I'm glad someone's bringing back the 80s"

"Those are the best nails I've seen all day, I bet your coke dealer loves them too"

"That's a very non-Paris look, you must be great at thrifting"

What you're referring to is being hot-cold in terms of attention. Like, you're giving a little bit attention and then withdrawing as a way to make her seek your attention and validation. While there's something to using your time and attention as currency in seduction - what you're talking about is just likely to make you seem unhinged with something to hide.

I tell you what it worked for me when I was younger:

- going in a vacation and not giving any sign at all ( back in the time the roaming was very expensive)

- tell her I go meet a friend then no sign until next day. She was sure I met another girl so she had to invite me at her house to secure me. I didn't fuck her before. I was actually meeting my friend and she was texting and calling when with him, I had to put the phone on silent because she was annoying. Then I got drunk, I forgot to call her.

- get mad at something she said and tell her "goodbye" because I had another girls to spend my time with. She contacted me but I didn't answer. In a week again I contacted her and she was extremely happy. She apologized.

In all this situations I was stuck in friend or kiss zone only. They couldn't trust me for me. They trusted me to be intimate after ignoring them.

Honestly I never played with their feelings but by coincidence the pull did more good for me than everything else.

push/pull is a waste of time. if you dont have fundamentals it doesnt work. if you do have fundamentals you dont need it. its just a dumb gimmick. invest in your fundamentals and stop playing games

I do a 4 day split. Legs - push - off - legs - pull - off off repeat.

I personally push when I'm with her, and pull when talking by messeges.

I will make myself unavailable, if she wanna meet today I will make it after 3 days.

It works wonders and make the crave the attention that I gave them!

Although, it won't be the correct definition of P&P, I do it like this.

Reward / Absense / Reward / Absense / Reward / Absense ...

Reward can be anything. Like jokes, kino, flirting, compliments, being interest in her, listening, comfort, teasing, and so on. Anything which brings her emotions UP.

Absense is not the opposite, but a time interval when I don't do anything positive. There are no rewards, there is nothing. Here emotions either goes down (cool down) or stays at the same level.

I think push pull is kind of a Pua term used to describe a technique, but I don't really pay attention to things like this, I've studied natural game so when I approach women I just be myself, none of these terms, but essentially I think push pull can be done in other ways, like qualifying women. Anyway with natural game you don't need any of these techniques you can attract women by being yourself!

I would only use push-pull as a framework for how to formulate teases, and always accompanied with positive energy. What you’re describing is being hot and cold.
