The only three possible ways that come to mind on how to implement push-and-pull is

Based on which interaction it is:

  1. One interaction you’re flirting with her and giving her attention. The next time you see her you don’t even approach her. You ignore her.

  2. One interaction you’re flirting with her. The other you’re acting less flirty and more distant. You tease her. You make her carry the convo and fill in the space.

Or

Within each interaction:

  1. During each interaction you flirt, tease her, pull back and let her fill in the space. Show approval. Show disapproval. Etc. basically you do all of the above(hot and cold) in one interaction.

So is push-and-pull based on which interaction. Like one interaction you’re hot and then the next you’re cold( 1 and 2). Or is it being hot and cold in every interaction??(3)

Is it a combination of both? Which is more effective?

I see potential problems with ‘1’ and ‘2’ and am leaning towards ‘3’, but don’t if I’m right. If you can, state the reasons why one option is better than the other

Thanks
