At 225lb, you are approaching chubby/bit fat, level (unless you are doing steroids). You probably are higher than 16% and more like 18%. Since you are at the end of the bulk, and it is summer now, lean down (while still working out), and go to 190-195lbs max. At that level you will start looking athletic/chisled. Dress really well, and work on your social game. Also, keep in mind, that given your race most white girls will not want to date you (many are willing to freak with black dudes, but not…

"My coworker is a PM at my company but she's failing miserably at her job. I'm a team leader, so we are not exactly above each other, but equals" -- NO, you are above her. Keep that in mind. PMs are easily replaceable, and often not that useful. If you are a good tech lead, you are much more valuable to the company and you word is more important, and act like it. Internalize that shit: You are more valuable to the company. Don't let some idiot push you around.

Symmetry, both in the face and the body, height, and proportions (the V shape), are the most important parts. They are markers of "health" and genetic fitness that can't be faked, and an indicator that your babies are more likely to survive and become successful. Even 3 months babies stare longer at symmetric faces, which indicate that it is a 'innate' desire and humans are born to value it highly. Same reason that men value women with large chest, and a certain hips/waist ratio. They measured t…

Easy, 12%-14% - during the winter (on a slow bulk) 11% - 12% - during the summer, (the point where your biceps veins are visible, and abs are starting to show, but not ripped). I have been once sub 10% and it was not worth it. Felt weak, smaller, and my libido shut down. If you are 6'0, have some decent muscle, and have been working for a couple of years, and natty, it is about 180 lbs, ad or remove 5 lbs for every inch in difference: 6'1" - 185lbs 6'0" - 180lbs 5'11" - 175lbs 5'10" - 170 lbs ..…

If you get acne time to time, buy a Neutrogena Skin Clearing Blemish Concealer. I wish I had learned about this a while ago. Any spots, acne, and small blemishes are instantly concealed, plus it has some medication in it. It works like magic: https://jet.com/product/detail/59d5b80136fe434b97ac497839f323e3 Pick the right color (either fair, or light, for white guys). I can see why women like make-up so much. It instantly improves your SMV + 1, and your confidence by 1+ points. I used to fret the …

Yo, a lot of people will tell you "pre-selection", and I disagree.... If you said you are married, you are seen as 'safe' as probably will not try to jump on her/ask her out as soon as she is being nice or having a conversation as most guys do. I am in my 30s, and I truly understood this once I maxed my SMV. I have a different problem, where girls (in group settings . (think team sports, or work) would start develop crushes on me. And yes, this was from girls that I didn't want to really date an…

You should learn this: Shockingly high rate of women have a dream of being gang banged, run the train on them, or rape, or something like that... but for most women it is just a fantasy, and thats it. Some do cross into "let me try it" territory, but most keep it as fantasy and settle for the 'occasional; rough sex romp/spanking on the bed. Don't fret, have a rough sex/spanking session time to time.... there is a reason 50 shades of grey become such a popular book so fast.

I am in the same position. Treat any girl younger than 26, as simply as a 'plate'. Don't spend too much resources/energy. Now there are plenty of early 20s, that are actually on the serious side and more mature, the fact is that life changes people, and in few years they might be a total different person, and just end it because they still can find another great guy. As for women between 26-31 you have to divide them into two parts: Mature/serious, still partying it up. The more serious types wi…

Best sex I have had was on a LTR.... banging random girls, or girls that you don't really care about, aka, 'plates', gets old after a while.

I agreed, women can't keep a secret, unless they are a total sociopath. It is hard ingrained in them, they have to share what's going on, otherwise it "never happen" and they never feel satisfied about it, unless they shared it . This includes both glam things posted on instagram, and shitty things they did as well (usually told to their friends, which will proceed to tell other people as well). For a woman keeping a secret and not telling, is just as hard as an addict trying to stay away from a…

Most people that "make it", (i.e. become rich, or famous), will value their early friendships, and consider them to be "true friendships". The only problem is that most normal folks get jealous/envy takes over, and they have a hard time keeping a friendship with someone that became much more successful than them. If you can keep your envy at bay, try to connect your friend. It will only benefit you, and treat him the same as you would as if he wasn't famous. Ps. I had a couple of friends become …

My point is that successful people did play videogames occasionally, even when they were not successful/nobody's. It is not like: You can do fun things (like playing videogames), only when you are successful. Fuck, ELON MUSK wrote one when he was a kid. Everything in moderation, that's the key. Enjoy the journey.... as there is no real destination. Once you reach a place, there is always another top to climb, but enjoying it doing it is the key.

I disagree with this "absolutist" view. Counterpoint: I know some very successful CEOs, that do occasionally play videogames to wind down. They are worth billions (unicorn startups, can't say more without giving up my identity). One of them does work out to boot, the other doesn't. Especially at tech startup. If the CEO/founders were engineers, guaranteed they play video games time to time to bond with their key employees. Also, Elon Musk plays as well, and he is the most successful entrepreneur…

When I didn't have money, I hated doing 'fun' things, as those always, (apart picnics), cost money. With money, then came fun experiences, and more opportunity to meet women have fun, and get laid. So, yeah, money matters in: 1) Controlling your environment, getting yourself in best shape and healthy (living in a great apartment will make you more relaxed than living in a shitbox whole, with 3 annoying roomates) 2) Less stressed about bills, about little things that don't matter == less cortisol…

My barista has a philosophy major and now makes a whopping $15/hr, just staying. Go math, and learn statistics, programming and machine learning. Also, minor in philosophy. The only time that would be useful is if you try to go to law school. I had a friend in college that did double major in philosophy and comp. science, and guess what is paying the bills? Engineering, and not the mental circle jerk that is philosophy.

Agree, but: I found myself the 11% - 13% body fat range to be ideal. I look big in clothes, and lean at the same time. At 10% (while my abs were showing), I just looked too small with clothes on. Now that I am bulking, and reached passed 14% body fat, my face looks more round, lost the jaw definition and the attention from women has decreased a bit as well. TLDR: Stay at the 11% - 13% body fat range (i.e. at the level where you just starting seeing your abs, but not shredded either).

Three true red pill people i know: 1) Software engineer, does good enough (i.e. doesn't kill himself for the company), makes his money but has hobbies outside work. 2) Has his own business (modeling and construction), which takes a lot of his time, does more sports as hobbies. 3) Has is own business, european car repair shop. Lower your body fat %, and the jaw will come out. I saw mine at around 13%, and it was awesome. Like the ones you see on TV, and when I i'd chew food the whole jaw would "pulsate" (from the muscles and lack of fat), and just look awesome. Currently bulking at around 14% reaching 15%, and the jaw definition disappeared and the roundness came back. Yes, I look "bigger" in clothes, but my face looks round/dull. I truly believe that the sweet spot is 11%-13% body fat for most men. At 14%+ you start …

Mixture of both: George Washington was a total pussy when he was young. He was meek, got rejected by women, and all that. He learned leadership the hard way, and grew to eventually become the president and one of the founders of the USA. But, he still had great genes. From the Balkans here as well, lived in the US since I was a teen, so 80% americanized. I always was a mix of alpha and a beta. The culture where I come from is naturally Red Pilled, in the female / male interactions. Men are more manly, and women are more "feminine". If they can move up in career, there are appreciated and treated like a man (i.e. for what value they can bring, and not because they are a woman), probably because of communism. So it is common to see women in good careers. If the…

The Red Queen (another book by a very famous anthropologist) mentions this: It is an integral feature of sexual reproduction (compared to asexual reproduction), where the female wants to acquire traits that other female find attractive as well. This will ensure that her male offsprings will be desirable as well and pass their genes on. In Peacocks this is shown with the female preference of certain colors, and feathers, even though those feathers hamper the male's agility and make him easier pre…

Op, has a point. For thousands of years humans didn't inject cows with hormones to get larger and produce milk. Cows just pastured and ate grass. Now, they are confined, eat crap, and get injected hormones to produce more. All that stuff ends up in your body. Switch to organic milk OP. I noticed myself if I ate non-organic cottage cheese I'd feel like crap. Organic (at least in theory), shouldn't have the hormones. It is just more $$

Steroids on a dude are like fake tits on a chick.... If you have decent hormonal profile and have some muscle steroids are not worth it. if you have some major deficiencies, then TRT might be.... You need to work on your confidence, and see why do you think you really need it. Is risking your hormonal profile worth the some extra attention you will get? Flip the script. Lift more. Natural testosterone will make you want to be more dominant (and other people more submissive, if you get large enough). "Keep doing it until its no longer uncomfortable?" -- Yes. Don't force your self (i.e don't try to act like a gorilla day one), but keep doing/repeating small assertive things it until it becomes second nature and you don't think about it. Think when you learned to ride the bike, or drive a manual car. It feels "unatural" and very uncomfortable at the beginning, but…

"Bro splits are for steroid users." -- Not true, actually the opposite is true. If you are an intermediate or advanced natural lifter, bro splits is the best way to go. Try doing deadlifts everyday/workout. You are on the way to snap town. Each muscle group generally needs 48hrs to recover (72hrs for for legs). If you are steroid user, that recovery can come faster, and actually full body workouts are better for *roiders and not natural lifters.

Start joining clubs: I.e. co-ed sports (soccer, volleyball, doge-ball, whatever). Twice a week you should be doing something sporty+social. These groups usually hang out for happy hour/beers, and throw parties time to time. Then join at least one professional group. Whatever you are majoring in, or are working in, there are enough groups (meetup.com is a good resource) that throw meetups, networking, activities, hackathons...etc.. Make friends with these people. Denmark (Copenhagen) or Holland (Amsterdam). Most people know english, the countries have good dating culture, and also first world living. Barcelona and Valencia are great cities (the only cities worth living in Spain), but the local girls would be a bit more standoffish (though they are less promiscuous). Your body will start getting used to restrictive calories and you metabolism might start slowing down a bit, you end up doing less activities in general. It is good to pause a bit after few months of cutting. Remember, when you stop cutting and start bulking it is better to ease in. Maintain for few weeks first, then (very slowly). I.e. not more than 100-200cal surplus a day, start bulking.

yeah, you need some muscle. I'd recommend to slow bulk until 195lbs, gain some muscle. On April start cutting. By the end of June you should be at 180lb -ish.

It is going to take some time... you are still in stage 1. Since it is winter i'd recommend a slow lean bulk to 195lbs. Stay there for a bit, then starting on April cut down to 175- 180lbs for the summer. (Yes, that lean). Best plan: Lean bulk up to 195 until March. (you need some muscle, plus you have been cutting for too long) Maintain until the end of the March On April start cutting until you reach 175lbs (yes that lean). Don't buy any expensive clothes yet. Stay like that all summer until S…

Riiight.... I would have been one of those healthy 95% , because most studies follow folks for one year, and not for the very long term. 1 year had no side effect, it was the second time that they started. I had to move and needed a new prescription, so I didn't take it for two years. When I started it the second time, that's where things started. Tried it twice. First time didn't have any sides, but the second time had major side effects. Stopped within two months, and the sides reversed (it took another month). But for some people out there, the sides might take longer to reverse. Not worth the risk. It really fucks up with your Test and DHT levels, which are key for a male's libido, erection, not accumulating fat, and not feeling depressing. Lost a relationship/girl when got on it. Artemis Dolgin Not defensive, realistic. If you do modeling for money, then you should have no problem getting good looking women in your life if this doesn't work out. If so, why are you here being insecure? Pathetic are the people that come here and exaggerate and claim numbers that are way off (220lbs, shredded, 8' penis, 6 plates on rotation, SMV 9.5, fucked 100 women by 19), while the reality is completely different. She will be flawed in ways that might similiar or different from you, but at the end of the day for a relationship to be stable on the long term the guy has to be a tad better on average. One thing to remember: Social skills are learnable. It is a skill and the only way to get better is: Practicing. 32-34 - ish, depends on your genes and how well you take care of your self..... definitely not in your 20s That's Gerard Buttler at 34: https://i.pinimg.com/236x/97/cb/8c/97cb8c2af980d1dc38e77d550629b48b--longer-hair-gerard-butler.jpg At 38: https://s-media-cache-ak0.pinimg.com/originals/00/8f/82/008f824227b70d664f7c76e513960d9a.jpg Of course, past your late 30s, it is a steady slow decline, but a man's peak is definitely not in their 20s. lol, the most trailer trash advice I have heard... how old are you? High SMV girls usually have a line of guys (especially if they are online), and not dying to jump in the first cock available to them. It is hard to escalate in a coffee date. If things are going well, do VERY LIGHT kino (i.e. touching), and propose somewhere else (i.e. a bar) close by. It is winter, so say: Hey, lets go to BAR x, they have hot drinks, cider, mullet wine, etc.... If she is game, she will come. If she is on the f…

Nope. My last ex was conservative, educated, quiet/shy type, and guess what? I was her "chad", that she branch swung from her ex bf. After a year, she lined up somebody else and did the same. Maybe will do the same to her current bf. Just saying. Women be women. Crazy girls can be both conservative or liberal.

You look smaller with clothes, and you feel less strong (and probably are weaker). Your face looks a bit more gaunt, and depending on your genetics, it doesn't look great on some people At 12% bf, you are still lean and your body your body looks a bit more fuller, and your face looks shinier (it has a tiny bit amount of fat inside, instead of none). It really depends on the person's genetics

36 yo, here. Abs are overrated. Stay at 12%, (where you have a flat stomach, and you can see some abs, in the right lighting/flexing). I did reach about 10% BF, and I could see my abs, but the rest of my body felt 'small', and with clothes on I did not look impressive at all. Plus, staying at 10% BF was a total mindfuck and affected my work performance and soccer performance. I was fighting with my body to stay at that level. I went back at 12% -ish, and I am much happier now. I can see my abs w…

You can travel anytime anywhere. Nowdays a trip to Europe (TAP, or WOW airs, or some other cheap, is only $600). I have done months of traveling between jobs, and the OP can as well, without having to deal with school issues. Unless the OP was doing a serious internship, (that would boost his resume), taking a semester off to travel will not benefit him as much in the long term.

From my observation BJJ is a upper 'blue collar' sport, (meaning folks that do well in life, but have in general blue collar jobs, or entry level white collar jobs). I have yet to see successful people that practice it. (from my three friends that I know that practice it, none are "high" tier males). Yep, totally agree, the rule of "twos" is golden. You can have a girl balk up to a date offer (wrong timing, bad mood, getting over an ex, menstrual cramps....), whatever. But if asked again few weeks later, at the right time she will go out with you and fuck your brains out. (it has happen to me). But when she does it twice, consider it as permanent. Lovoo Dude, you keep mentioning "Tinder", just the fact that is very very location dependent. In NYC tinder has only ghetto and trashy people. This is stupid and immature. He was a Republican Gov. in a blue state for many years, and a run up for pressident. This is like calling the guy getting a silver in the olympics as 'fagot'. Even just getting in the olympics it takes world class achievements and effort and you are better then 99.99% of the people out there. He absolutely is a alpha leader that went pretty far in his life. (btw I am a democrat)

You really believe these stories? It is almost non true. That's just "humbling down" PR speech to make super competitive and / or greedy people look a bit more down to earth. I do work with startups and I know the internals of few of them, and what you hear in the news on "how it got started", it is always some feel good story/mission from the CEO/founders which is almost never the truth.

You really have to excel in life, and have a great personality plus lots of achievements. It is a major setback but not a fatal one. You have to work on the long game though. It will be hard to meet and get a girl to like you within a club setting or a cold approach. Whatever you will get it probably will be from girls that you meet often during day activities (clubs, sport, work, school, whatever) Look at this guy, he got the unlucky draw as well: http://nymag.com/scienceofus/2015/07/terrible-a…

"from your logic, it doesn't matter what you do then. so you can dress like a slob, be fat and smell, say creepy shit, and she will still like you? i didn't think so" I am not saying that. That's not 'game' per se. Lifting, dressing well, taking care of your self, your career, your manners, your social skills are not 'game'. They are basics. Everyone should be maxing out their SMV, but after done that, and if your SMV is pretty high, trying to 'game' girls doesn't work. Being more natural you wo…

yes, what I am saying in my post: When I tried to actively "game", it backfired. I had much more success when I was just being "me". That means that either my game sucks, or the "natural me" is more than good enough that trying to actively game actually backfires (think of the restaurant ushers example). Being yourself (the best version of it), is more attractive than trying to be something else. Also, my experience jives more with the advice given on "Models" by Mark Manson. You can say the sam…

This, start building a case, then fire her ass if she is this useless... Are you actually her manager? Or just a "team lead", (i.e. leading a project, but the people don't necessary report directly to you). Hard question: If she was a guy, at that level, would he be fired if he didn't improve? If so, then you should fire her. Give her a chance, and if she doesn't improve be prepared to let her go. Go to your boss's boss, and ask for outright firing her, or you will refuse to be her manager

If your body is reacting to this badly, then don't. What is your TDDE? Keep in mind that Keto is not easy and it doesn't work for every one. You can easily lose weight without having to do keto. 200g of carbs is about 800 calories. Assuming you need at least 120g of protein, thats another 480-500 calories. 50g of fat is about 450cal, so you are at 1750cal. Cold showers are another internet bro-science fad. Again, they are cultures (finish for example) that think that being trained to cold is a good thing, and they even let their babies outside (fully clothed obviously) to get them trained as it is healthy. But, Finish people love hot saunas.... They have a sauna every fucking where. You are her temporary chad and enjoy it. Don't get too attached, as you are both too young and the economic disparities will surface at some point. My advice: Enjoy, it is fine to do a LTR with a rich girl, don't get wrapped too much into the money aspect (i.e. don't feel insecure or try to make up for your lack of money compared to hers), but don't get too attached as it will end. "Yeah, you are cute" - just say this while keep doing what you are doing. I she looks distressed by the answer, means it was a comfort test and not a shit test. Just look her in the eye and say "I think you are really cute, why else would I date you." Give a kiss and move on. To girl, being "called cute" is translated to "you are barely good enough for me". Going to chime in on this, as I am probably a bit older than you (35). What you find attractive in a person shifts with time, and there is a huge difference between just "looks" and overall person. To pure "fucking" 22-26 is the age range I find the most attractive (younger girls look like children too me). Every-time I felt I was gaming and acting for a girl, 9/10 never got her. Every-time I am more natural around a girl, chances that she will develop a crush on me increase exponentially. I have wondered why, and my hypothesis: When gaming hard, it comes like acting aka: trying hard, and it puts the girl in the pedestal, and she looks down on you. I bet you are the guy that brings his gf. with everything they do socially. I don't think it is a smart thing to do. No you fucking idiot... "status" is part of the alpha, not beta of a guy. You are an engineer/accountant/sales dude, you have no status. She will seek people that are both successful (status), and money. Also, when she is in a LTR mode, she will seek the beta as well, and his will not be enough. He might view you as a threat, and this is a way for him to assert his dominance. He promoted you b/c he had no choice (his boss made him too), etc... That's his style…

It is called having a chip on the shoulder, and some in tech do have it. I am in tech, I have noticed that some of the very vocal feminists get louder and louder as they approach the wall. Even though they are successful they fail to land a man they would be happy with. Usually successful and good looking men steer away from these type of women (even though in public they might 'support' their feminist movement, in private they all get attached/date feminine women). Also that email is just basic…

European here, (currently somewhere in the western Balkans / Mediterranean). The women are m The culture here is very LTR oriented. There is a good reason that PUAs just don't do well in Spain, Italy, Greece and most of the Balkans. Sure, there are ONSs, (but very rare), and every country has their share of sluts, branch-swingers, gold diggers, and more. But they tend to be a minority, and when branch swinging happens, is rarer, and less public in general. So, the sluts to normal girls ratio is …

People generally like him / tolerate him enough to work with him. But he completely strikes out in a more yuppie/sophisticated environment, and yuppie girls generally are too afraid of him. Yes, I am an semi-introvert myself, and when I am in a extro-verted mode I end up chatting up more to random people, who some are girls, which some of them are cute and end up with their number. It is much much easier to initiate a conversation (it will feel more natural), if you are in a bit of a happy/bubbly/friendly state.

I'd say it takes 2-3 years of constant work for total transformation. Physical first, and the mind will follow. Women are not just going to fall on your lap magically, you still have to work with it, but here the changes I noticed after doing a major improvement in my life (physical, clothing, and behaviour): Mental. I disagree. When beautiful women say "I don't get hit on a lot", it really means "I don't get approached by high SMV guys" a lot. This is the same myth as "rich guys have trouble finding good mates" one. No they don't, especially if they are both rich and good looking and decently smart. I live in NYC and have seen that good looking girls have a lot, I mean a lot of options. Two things happen: She is good looking and knows it, and therefore demands a high SMV (both good looking and high status g…

Hard to tell by your description. If you want some some feedback on your looks, PM me a picture. I got both of the "girls looking away" and girls staring at me behaviors when I started improving. Cuuut first, you have a large gut. If you bulk, a lot of the extra calories will end up in fat instead of muscle and you will look like shit. Also, if you bulk when you are already kinda chubby, your body will create new fat cells, which will not be able to get rid later (they can shrink, but not eliminated). Go down to 175lbs in the next two months, then clean bulk to 188 over a 5-6 months period, then cut again to 175, and repeat a couple of times. It will take at least two years (3 bulk/cut c…

At 6' you should be sitting at 172-180lbs, at around 12% body fat. Unless you are on steroids, if you reach over 190lbs you will be a fat chub at over 16% body fat. I reached my max bulk at 193lbs and I felt like a fat fuck and was attracting chubby chicks left and right. Now at 174lbs I feel awesome (at around 11% body fat), both large enough and have abs. My recommendation is to clean bulk up to 185lbs, then slow cut at around 175lbs, and maintain from there. Don't go over 185lbs as your body …

There are two reasons: Psychological. Once you accepted some of the redpill point of views, you might view women as a waste of time. Why bother, even if it is a temporary thing and they will be gone? Basically a form of devaluation (after pedestaling them for so long). I kinda disagree. Even if you are attractive, if girls see you hitting on every other girl out there, they will label you as thirsty/desperate. Most attractive guys that are successful chat girls, and leave it like that (i.e. not hitting on them, not being too flirty). When the body has no carbs for energy it will try to use both fats and proteins as energy. Lots of protein asorbed, means there is too much nitrates in the blood that they have to get r…

Have been in Sweden countless time, I can tell you that they are just as racists as white american girls. If you are meeting Swedish/European girls in NYC, that are willing to date other ethnicities, there are three main reasons: Self selection/they are outliers. I.e. The average immigrating euro is not the average European, but more likely to be open to new experiences. (traditional people will stay put in their countries). They are in a new/different country, and they are already different the…

I hate to say it, but all your examples you gave seem like white trailer trash stories. In professional setting, a 45yo dating a mind 20s or later will raise eyebrows, but no biggie, But people will consider 45 yo dating 19 yo, a loser. Fucking, fine, but actual dating (aka, spending time, money and energy) will bring down this person social value by a lot. This is one of the things that you do in discreet, unless you really don't care about your social value, as it will bring it down.

I agree with volleyball is the one sport that attracts the most fit and good looking women. (Tennis is the other one). I play soccer, and can confirm some of these, but unfortunately girls that play soccer are not that good looking, and the guys to girls ratio is 3:1 on a good day. They key idea is that you have to be in a place environment where interacting with women is natural and not forced (i.e. not clubs and bars). If not volleyball, cooking classes, pottery classes, anything that interact…

That's sounds a bit too much and you are not giving time your body to rest, recoup and grow. When bulking up, I used to go 4 times a week (1hr sessions), and 3 when cutting or maintaining. I don't do any cardio (not necessary), but I play soccer twice a week, so that counts as cardio. Don't train more than one hour at a time, but make sure the intensity during that hour is high. One girl that I was dating was exhibiting some of these behaviors, but with more than one person. Introverted hot girl goes to a club once in a blue moon, (maybe 5-6 times a year), extroverted validation seeking hot brat goes out 2-3 times a week (over 100 times a year). She went out with you on a date, what else you need? My rule of thumb: If she is going out/hanging out with me, she wants me. I just have to make her comfortable, have a great time keep escalating physically (gently) until fun sex happens. Two steps forward, one step back, just like salsa. Sure, you are not guaranteed for her not to give you some major last LMR, but during the whole night you have to go with the assumption that she wants you.

Use dumbbells, and do a couple of extra reps on your weak side for each set. Basically the weak side will be your limiting factor on how fast you can progress. I noticed myself developing an imbalance, (right should and biceps/chest are larger), and it grew worse when I was using a barbell for most compound exercises. The problem is that subconsciously the stronger side was working harder, and the imbalance grew over time. It takes a lot of conscious effort to fix it, but it is doable.

Since when $$ == betta? Lets dispense a myth. A lot of people that have money, (especially the hustler types), are actually alpha as they 1). It is not necessary intentional (ie. consciously thought), but it is more a subconscious thing. Women have trouble telling the truth when it is negative, as they prioritize feelings of facts, this is due to higher levels of empathy and sensitivity over harsh truths. In this case, it is the engineers that are the hot chicks.

Women are designed to look for a mix of both good genes, and provider on their partners. This is hard wired. Males are hard wired to be both groomed and providers/protective instinct. (barred some abnormalities like psychopathy). Your parents did, you grand parents, did, your grand grand parents did, etc... You are the result of genes being passed down the line for Millenia, and a lot of both males and females behaviors are hard wired. Environment factors matter as well, (they can modify primary…

To be honest, I used to think the same, "don't shit where you eat" but as I am getting older and more mature, I have changed my mind. I have to say something that I have seen many hook ups, dating, break ups in many companies I have worked (8 so far).. Almost all execs, or founders (that were single), got involved with people at their companies. I have yet to seen a major tech/startup where somebody didn't fuck somebody below them, and I never seen any major drama out of it. The "don't shit wher…

Two rules to remember: Don't get phased, or act buthurt. Powerplays are meant to elicit emotional response in you and how the group sees you. Acknowledging and then completely ignoring the offender at the same time is the best response, and honestly a mindfuck. This is the best place where being "stoic" works great as shows your strength that you don't get phases. Don't get too smart with the response, as it means that you really care about what they just said. Some examples: Attack: That's the …

I'd rather discuss facts based in science rather than the bro-anectodes we get here. What the OP and the studies are saying: even women may branch swing a lot, eventually they settle with one guy and have his children.

I hate to say this, but you are just a temporary relationship. The main reason is that girls of this class, almost never marry young. They always marry 28+, and usually to other successful people. While she is not herself successful (it is all dadies' cash), her connections will enable her to land a good job, and meet other successful people. Even if you are able to maintain the relationship for the long term, in 5 years, when things get routine or boring, there will be somebody, good looking an…

She can't just claim the guy is his father without his consent. Otherwise you would have delusional women putting the name of the father famous people, etc. From NY's laws: When a child is born to a married woman, the law assumes that her husband is the child's father. However, when a couple is not married, the biological father is not considered the legal father until paternity is legally established. Establishing paternity gives certain legal rights to the child. It also gives certain legal ri…

I for one welcome this app to filter out the "idiot" girls that tinder is polluted from. But, on the other hand I am afraid this app will attract the wrong type of woman, the one that value empty credentials (i.e. where you went to school), over real life achievements, and overall compatibility. But whatever. I signed up for it. Since I am on that 20%, I think it will be a good playground to spin up some well educated plates.

I agree, it is actually harder in Larger cities as there is more noise. There is the "paradox of choice", where people that have too many options can actually be unhappy. Living in NYC, what I have found that is super easy to get a 7 and below. But, if you want to date an 8 and above you are competing in the big leagues. You are competing with people that are in the top of their game, either be a profession (doctors, lawyers), money (finance, inherited), or looks (models, actors). You have to be…

Radio silence only if the OP doesn't want to have an LTR with her. Yes, that will work, she will be back to him, and fuck him good, but meanwhile she will start moving on both emotionally, and eventually physically to somebody that will commit. Unless she is an idiot, and keep hopping for more, a smart girl will start planing for her exit with the OP. If OP wants the LTR upgrade with her, then he should give it to her with whatever conditions the OP wants out of her.

You have to realize that the perfect girl doesn't exist. All women have some kind of baggage. If OP asked her and she lied about a very important part of her past, then that is a red flag. But if they never talked about these stuff before, then that's ok.

For many people (especially former geeks like me), the work/money is already in place, just the confidence hasn't caught up with it yet. No. It is a status indicator. Remember status = attractive to women. In their early 20s, women are inexperienced and don't know yet the value of status (and money), and eventually their preferences shifts with time. If the guy is a good looking dude, but works as a bouncer, a girl in her late 20s will ignore the shit out of you. In your early 20s, income matters a lot less actually. As long as you have good clothes, good body, and look good. Women at that age are just out of school and want to have some fun, and are not really mature enough to understand or appreciate money. If you measure intelligence by just raw IQ scores (intelligence is more than that, it includes EQ, and SQ, but they are not really measurable), then if you are above 135 in IQ, you are in the top 1% bracket. "Top 1 percent (99th percentile; 1 out of 100; approximately IQ 135)" Since I am in that bracket (140 IQ), I think it is easily believable that the author of the post is there as well).
