It's phenomenal. Nowadays, you need to do your research on building a strong 'profile'. Photos are everything. Remember that women 'feel' instead of 'think' like we do. Be relatesble but show that you have plenty of options. Women are turned off by sincerity and dedication, but turned on by trust and communication. They are always looking for the next upgrade & you need to keep yourself at a distance to portray that you are the upgrade. First photo: smiling with a cool background Second photo: f…

Fireworks, incredibly cathartic sounds of pleasure & a level of joy I haven experienced in over 15 years. My ex was horrible in bed and lazy about everything else, so sex was always a chore. This felt like I was reignited, refreshed and reminded of the greatness of good sex. I brought some candles, we played spa music and gave each other long massages beforehand. Highly recommend hooking up with a new girl ASAP. Do not get the feels. Expect to want to commit and think that 'she is the one' when …

Lol, definitely do not hate her. This divorce has turned into a horrid battle, but I will always love her. She is the mother of my children and my soul mate. We have had an incredible life together that should not be forgotten or sacrificed because we forgot to communicate and lost trust in each other. To be fair, there is resentment after she had five affairs. Marriage counseling is amazing and gives me hope for a future with a loving family.

Rule #1: only listen to your lawyer in divorce It is in her interest to deceive you, lie and trick you early on in the process. Believe it or not, she will be your enemy soon. DO NOT LISTEN TO HER & do not leave the marital home until your lawyer approves. Trust us, we have learned the hard way.

I'll pray for you brother. Statistics show that a father in a child's life leads to success. Be ready with those stats.

Firstly, it's tremendous that you have the strength to make it through this - it is a big testament to your integrity, dignity & character. Secondly, you need to drop the clutch and make a hard shift into business mode. You will see on this subreddit again and again that "we wanted an amicable separation" for the first month, then the incredibly cold devastation that a woman can create with blindsiding their ex. Thirdly, post here a lot - it will help, we are here for you. This time in life is t…

She has an alcohol problem. Every Thursday, Friday, Saturday and other nights she is out downtown partying. She has major rage problems. She has two investigations against her from child protective services and a restraining order for hitting my daughter. My main reason for wanting to be with the kids more than 50/50 is for their safety and well-being. They never want to spend the night with her and are almost forced to go see her. I believe it is important to have her in their life regardless o…

Validation must come from within myself. My insecurities will show up in my behavior. By treating dating like a skillset, you will find higher-quality women than I would otherwise. Focus on the factors within your control and you will improve. Speak louder and make intense eye contact. Think about improving your vocal tonality. If you are willing to treat dating like a skill, you will master it. Tell how smart, interesting and funny she is. Do not tell her she is beautiful. Honest compliments. I…

It's called grief. In retrospect, the date felt good that night but I am not ready to date. The feeling of knowing that I can be confident with another person was amazing, but I miss my wife more than words can express. My children are having a really hard time with the divorce and I never want to see them suffer for any reason.

I'm at 5 months and leaving the marital home in 3 weeks. She moved to her parents a month ago. Looking back, what advice can you give to avoid sinking into the slow steady depression that you feel into? I want to continue being a stellar dad and feel terrified of the impending loneliness.

It's my father in laws house and he is not renewing my lease. Basically - being forced out of this house... The divorce is not final and won't be until well after they try to evict me. Police are being called on each other almost daily, I've never been at fault. She has had a TRO and 2 CPS investigations against her and tried to abduct the kids in a drunken rage at bedtime the other night, they sleep at home with me & she has moved to her mom's house. My lawyer wants me to get out of this highly…

It's a smart move. This will be a war, whether you want to admit it now - or not. She will stab you in the back as soon as you aren't looking. Women are incredibly cold and emotional in divorce. My TRO worked out very well & I'm in a much stronger position because of it. Get into business mode now, she will likely not be able to do that because she is making decisions based on how she feels. Be smart and get the upper hand now while you still can. Before you know it, she will be falsely claiming…

Be calm. You know Mommy and Daddy have not seemed as happy together lately. We want to be happier people and parents. We love you so much and that will never change. We are not going to be married anymore, but we will always be your parents, and be a team to help you grow and be there for you. We are getting a divorce. Divorce means Mommy and Daddy won't live together anymore. But we'll always be your parents, and we'll always love you. We did not expect this to happen, but sometimes life turns …

Being broken hearted around them has been the worst part. They know that something is very off and my toddler daughter is misbehaving in astonishing ways. My biggest fear is teaching my son to seek a one-sided and fruitless relationship with his future wife. He is the leader in most social situations, but he is looking sad recently too. I've been unhappily married for a long time and propped her up daily just to find myself walking on eggshells. How did you tell your children and their teachers …
