Hey, I need some support here. She is telling me that the recording of my child saying something will make me lose them in court. She will claim that it is psychological abuse.

Yesterday was an awesome day with just me and the kids. We went to the science museum, ice skating and a fun thrift store. The kids kept asking me why we couldn't buy milkshakes or girl Scout cookies or souvenirs. I kept telling them that it was adult stuff that they didn't need to worry about and I needed to save my money.

Eventually, they wouldn't settle for that answer. I told them that lawyers were going to be taking all of my money and I needed to save it for them. My wife recorded my 3-year-old daughter repeating this to her and asking her why they were taking all my money.

I've kept them on the sidelines through all of this and feel like that was too much information for a kid to process, but wanted to be honest. They did not understand about the lawyer taking my money, so I told them not to worry about it, so they asked my STBX. I've learned my lesson here.

Currently, I'm still living at my marital residence because we have not worked out if custodial agreement. On Saturday, she told me that she would destroy me and didn't care how much it costs - in front of the kids. Today, she told me that she will not let me spend any time alone with them while living here.
