Basically, we have joint custody and I have a much better job working for the railroad. She works for a Payday loans place and makes like $11 an hour. I pay half of everything she puts in front of me. Half of medical, half of school cost, half of clothing, half of sports, half of everything. $1200 a month is one entire paycheck for me, plus I have additional children, and a spouse to support from that.My wife and other children rely on me for support too! I won't be able to support my family on this. I was looking for any advice, any suggested Father's rights lawyers in Wisconsin, or anything you have to give.

EDIT: I realize that some of you have been asking for specifics on my situation. So here goes. My baby mama and I were never married. We have joint custody, and she has the children for school. I have 51% of one child, she has 49% and vice versa so it's split down the middle completely. We were at $80 a month because they split the difference between our incomes and came up with that number.

Since child support was last figured, I have gotten a better job with better pay. My visitation has gone down slightly but not enough to cause this huge of an increase. I have decided to go back and push for more custody, because since custody was last decided, my son has failed kindergarten in her care. If I am under the right impression child support decisions will then be put on hold until we come to a new custody agreement.
