When at the very top of the website it says:

FACT ... false reports of rape are no higher than false reports of other crimes.

You know there is a problem with false accusations. Does anyone have statistics to refute this claim?

The 11k came from here. In 2007 £15,000,000 was given to just under 1,500 "rape victims" in compensation. That comes out to £10k each.

In addition to being showered with free money and gifts for initiating divorce, now women are showered with money for accusing a man of rape. What could go wrong?

Let's not forget that this is a knee-jerk reaction to the "rape-crisis" in the UK and the rest of Europe caused by unchecked immigration from Muslim countries. People from third world countries bring their own third world problems and habits with them. Throughout Europe Muslims are still a minority, but they commit most of the rapes. You know when the word Muslim has euphemisms like 'Asians', 'Non-Western immigrants', or simply 'youths' there is a politically correct elephant in the room.

It's offering compensation for the emotional, mental and physical damages caused by rape, emotional, mental and physical damages that don't go away just because you haven't managed to prove the rapist guilty/find the rapist.

You don't need to prosecute the rapist to know a rape has occurred.
