And throughout all this history women were submissive. Wonder what changed

Women in 2021: still make less than mem on average, just as fat as men (but society allows and arguably encourages it), complain about having too many options on dating apps while simultaneously not being smart enough to properly vet them (or lying to themselves about what they actually want),

You’ve got a point. Men have gotten soft, myself included, maybe we don’t like competing with women in the work place, it’s like women have independence so they no longer need us so it frees them to choose the top guys, and then men have this feeling of needing to toil away despite the seeming impossibility of never being able to find a partner.

I think society also creates this problem by valuing casual sex over emotional intimacy, so if a guy isn’t able to bed a lot of women he feels like he has failed as a man.

I think it’s easy to become fatalistic about it, but I do feel a lot of issues men face are of their own construction.

I’ve had this though in regards to the following idea. Let’s say you use the example of a celebrity as proof that you can be short and still attractive to women, some men will claim it is their fame.

Now following that logic, why not adjust everything to scale, you might not be a famous actor, but you could excel in some endeavor at the local level and achieve a level of celebrity or admiration that applies to your personal life.

Like guys, start volunteering at animal shelters or soup kitchens and just being a force of positivity and pursuing women in your league.

Sitting on the internet complaining about life is just bad for your own mental state and doesn’t develop the attractive qualities that would make someone interested in you

When you refer to older times, men were in charge and women had hardly any rights. Men gave women rights and then cried because women choose what they felt was best for them. Even in this current day, majority of the most powerful positions and richest people across the world are men...and yet men are still saying that women cause their issues and they have no power.
