Translation/summary

One of the defendants opened the door in a bathrobe, thong and no bra and tried to seduce the boy inside. The boy felt intimidated by the two women in “SM-like clothing” and as there were other people who were having sex in the apartment, he thought they were shooting porn. After the boy was inside, because the women still had to pay, one of the women grabbed him by his crotch and said to him things like “This is the ultimate dream for pizza delivery boys. It’s our dream, let’s make it real.”. As the boy is a minor, the prosecution sees this as acquiring/making (not sure what the best translation is) child porn. The defendants said the boy looked 18 or more years old.

Out of resignation the boy touched one of the women but left the apartment shortly after with the message he needed to work. This incident triggered a panic attack with the boy, partially because he has been abused in the past. When his employer called the women for an explanation, they said “He did not want to fuck, you should fire him”. The boy still has panic attacks from the trauma’s they made him recall.

The prosecutor added the comment: ” How huge would the outrage be if the perpetrators were two adult men and the victim a 17 year old girl. For me there is no difference. The victim was overwhelmed and a minor. That is why this involves child porn. They are both responsible for sexual assault and the making of the pornographic video.”

Fantasy to many men or not, if the person wasn’t into it then they should have just let him be. Coercion to get involved before he would get his money or be allowed to leave or whatever, is quite clearly crossing the line. If it were a bunch of super wealthy bankers with gold bars and heaps of drugs all over the place all offering to change the life of a 17 year old girl if she just got involved is suspect…but then coercing her to get involved then massively crosses the line. IMO it’s sexual harassment in both counts once it’s moved beyond an offer and into coercion…irrespective of gender

Is the most common excuse. Benefit of the doubt, I'm sure it's very true considering let's face some facts, there's no way to tell the difference between a 17.5 year old and an 18.1 year old.

I'm not defending child rapists. I'm just saying that we as a society shouldn't feel afraid to ask someone their age, or insulted to be asked that question. Over communication can help deter these kinds of stories. Yeah, I know it's not that sexy to be soo blunt/forthright, but if they look like they could be high school or college age, better to ask.

Side note: if you find someone drinking at a bar, that doesn't mean that's proof they're over 21. The bar/restaurant/club is not held responsible.

Ffs, 3 months is way too low for this. I know the Netherlands is lenient for some reason to pedophiles but still. This isn’t ppd. It’s said way too often but what if the sexes were reversed?
