Number 1 red flag, is an inability to accept accountability or responsibility for her choices.

If she blame shifts constantly, if about relationships, jobs, politics, friendships...really any subject, but whatever goes wrong is always someone else's fault then that's a HUGE red flag. It means that nothing you do will ever be right, enough or acceptable to her. Everything will have to done her way...it's a massive narcissism trait. Those type of people are to be avoided at all costs.

I think women who deliberately falsely accuse men of sexual crimes, have a similar mentality to rapists.

Narcissistic personality, extreme self-centeredness, massive ego, low empathy, etc...

So you want to filter out a potential false accuser (or a female rapist for that matter) use the same clues that women are told about how to avoid a potential rapist.

Avoid such women (and men) and you should be safe.

No, but really, I don't think that women who do things like this are crazy, in fact I think that they're just normal people. The issue is that it is so easy for them to do so that they might have a moment where they feel like either they need attention or validation, or they see it as a way of hurting you, and since women don't you men as human they see it as perfectly acceptable to hurt you in that fashion.

Because the system has been made so easy for them to do so, that's just a consequence that a lot of women will see it as something that is an option for them to do the satiate any of their desires or needs. It doesn't make them crazy, just natural to happen.
