All personal opinion:

High - Daily or more

Medium - 2-4 per week

Low - 1 per week or less

Since having a kid, it isn't really feasible to have sex once or more per day. I would like to, but yea. Not happening. I am ok with 2-4 per week.

In a relationship, high is higher than yours, regular is similar to yours, low is lower than yours.

In my opinion, for two working adults without kids, regular is 1-2x/wk, low is less than once every other week, high is consistently every other day and up.

I would say less than once a week would be low, regular would be once a week to once a day, high would be multiple times a day.

But I wonder now what we're talking about. What about full PIV sex once every two weeks but quick BJ's and/or fingerblast sessions multiple times every day? What about full PIV once a week, but you bang for hours?

Low: Going at it less than twice a week without masturbation. Sex barely occupies your headspace. You're hardly ever in the mood and it probably takes a lot of effort to get you there.

I’ve always felt like wanting sex once a day is normal, wanting it more than once a day is high, and wanting it once a week is starting to be a low sex drive. Anything between once a day and once a week is somewhere between average and low.

All I know is I have low sex drive.. for me that looks like 1x per week. Sometimes less. I could do without it for the most part. My partner obviously can't. I have been thinking about seeing a doctor about it. I have pretty much always been about the same way. I did not realize it actually might not be normal until later in life. We had never really been open about sex as we are now. I have no idea what normal really looks like I guess

Low: does not like casual sex, does not pursue sexual activity in any kind. Is not a sexual being in any capacity. Masturbates only or once a month or less. Only has relationship sex.

High sex drive - thinks about sex all the time

regular sex drive - thinks about sex but doesnt take over their daily life

low sex drive - literally cant be fucked, doesnt mind a fuck once in a blue moon but its really not their focus

I think a better measure than frequency is how much effort a person is willing to put in, to seeking sex.

If someone pursues sex like it's a job- high sex drive.

If they put some effort into it but it's not an 'occupation-' average sex drive.

If the person puts no effort into it or doesn't care- low sex drive.

If I were to put numbers on it:

Daily/ multiple times a day: high drive posdibly hypersexual

3-4 times a week high drive

1 time a week average drive

Once every other week low average

Once a month in a relationship is likely pity sex or obligation sex so that's low drive, for whoever is blocking

Less than once a month low drive/ no sex drive

I'm not sure how masturbation, porn, anime girl 'relationships,' using escorts fit into this. For example there are some women who refuse to have sex with their partners but she masturbates alone a lot. So is she high drive or low drive?
