If you have been threatened with physical harm by your soon to be ex-wife and boyfriend you can file a restraining order.

Then they both would have to move out.

First, talk to your lawyer. If she is making threats, then restraining order. If he is making threats, then peace bond. If you get either on these, you will have more options.

If she has the children, I wouldn't resort to any unfortunate service disconnections.

Call the police. I would also document what you can on video. Is he smoking pot - in the house? Around your kids? There are things you can do. Also if he is a guest. He isn't your guest. They can go somewhere else. She is doing it to cause an issue in the house. Domestic. Wait till he uses the stuff in the house and it smells then call the police in. Sorry you have to deal with this shit man.

Record all conversations w/bitch
Call CPS and request they do a welfare check of home.
Notify police of bf alcohol and drug use/abuse in home, and threats by wife.
If she is running her mouth by phone then tell her to contact you only in person or by social media. That way you have a record of the conversations.
