I am another captain SaveAHo3. My ex who accused her ex husband of many bs is causing me of the same now just after I told her I want to divorce. She left the house and files for TRO. I never touched a hair of her.

In her previous divorce all accusations were dismissed except battery where her ex took plea deal because he didn’t have the cash to hire a lawyer.

I have my ex audio tape where she confess hitting me while driving almost causing a car accident with the kids. The kids witnessed everything and had them recorded after the facts were they talk about the incident. Which happened twice.

Now my lawyer is going easy on her and all negotiations are failing. She makes me drive over an hour to have my kids two days a week. My lawyer is trying to be tactical but I want to go all in call CPS and give them the audio and text messages where she left the kids in unattended car then file a TRO for the kids and me.

My lawyer said this route will be more costly and it’s better to go easy. If this will give me the upper hand I think I will sell a kindly or my car and go for it. But I don’t want to do something that might fireback on me.

My lawyer is extremely busy and hard to reach and I hate how my ex is the one setting the rules right now.
