Ive been to an Iraqi prison. I toured one with a command group while I was in the Army. Anything over 3 years is generally considered a death sentence. They fed them by just dropping off a couple buckets of rice, the rest was just fighting it out. Its like if you kept 250 people in your garage... Forever.
