My biggest fear is that a judge will rule that my stbx and I will still be financially intertwined after divorce? How likely is this?

The house is in my name with a mortgage. The car she is driving is in my name. She is fighting for me to continue letting her live there and pay the mortgage, car note, car insurance and homeowners insurance as my child support. I can’t do that. That would destroy me mentally. I either want to sell the house and split the equity, her buy out my equity and her refinance the house in her name(she makes $8/hr wages) or let me buy out her half of the equity and I keep the house. I feel like what she wants is not even a real divorce. How likely is a judge to rule in her favor?
