As of 2021, there have been 89 countries that have elected a woman as head of state or government. Again I’m perplexed as to why the PPD populous seems so ignorant of basic information about the world they live in.

Some of those women leaders were/are great. Some were/are horrible. Just like the men.

For the most part, having a female leader doesn’t change the culture of a country that doesn’t want to change. Did Indira Ghandi serving as PM make conditions better for women in India? Doesn’t seem so.

Here’s what makes people regardless of gender happy in a society: economic and social equality, peace and economic prosperity, plenty of jobs, affordable housing, safety/low crime and laws that both control access to weapons and effectively punish violent crime, free health care, separation of church and state, and individual freedoms.

Consequently this is why Americans are some of the unhappiest people on the planet. And you can’t pin that on women.

there are already societies like that and they seem to be working just fine. the people seem happier overall, idk about males revolting though.

i’m thinking of this video i watched about a female-led tribe somewhere in africa (i forget the country), where the women lead and the men are just there to be helpful and protect them from the depraved males. the women said they were much happier and felt safer in their environment than when they were forced to deal with men who mistreated them.

i would assume most environments led by females would be somewhat similar.

Women are just as capable of being evil, of being selfish, of being horrible leaders. And they’re just as capable of being fantastic leaders who make the best decisions for their people

Your question is deceitful. The actual question is : would the average individuality traits and perks of women be better than the ones of men if used mainly in a leadership context in their stead ? The answer to that is no.

The traits of a good leader are more likely to manifest in males. Based on the OCEAN personnality model, Agreability must be low to be a capable leader, because this trait is what includes the willingness of someone to enter upfront conflict. And in general, well, women suck at that, and you can't be a good leader without that. You must be willing to say the truth to people, even if it is not pleasant. And women, in general are not good at this.

All of this mean is that, you will always have more men in leadership positions than women, assuming optimized positioning based on skill. The opposite would be a significant statistical deviation.

So to answer your questions :

I can't say for sure, but we would probably bail out. Assuming this is not possible, we would then enter conflict.
You need to think about something right here. The correct question is not, " why is there not any women in leadership position ? ". The correct question is "why is there any men at all in such position ? ". Being in a position of power means sacrificing your life for your job. Not a lot of people are willing to do that, and, on average, women even less so than men.

1) No it would not survive

Women can make individual politicians and do fine but a society where the majority are women would fall apart bc women are too empathetic for their own good

2) No arrangement of society would be good for women or happier

They're all bad for women and make women miserable in their own way

It could potentially survive with technology at the level it is today, but a 50/50 gender distribution is a better goal to strive for.

People are generally happier when they have the power to do what they want regardless of what other people say. But it's not good if it's done at the expense of others.

I think that any heavily screwed power dynamic sooner or later will lead to unrest and attempts to change it. The question is just how much time it would take and I doubt we could correctly estimate it.

Women could be happier just because an active role in society almost always ensures more opportunities and freedoms. From the other hand, I doubt we'd escape similar problems men face now.

I believe that egalitarian society, that provides equal opportunities for everyone, would be the best solution.

I have never cared about the gender of the ruler/leader so long as they have the ability to lead. Women won't be any happier. Ancient Egypt was a pretty equal society and had a female ruler. They still experienced the same fundamental problems as humans do today.

Any hierarchical society will lead to revolts. this has been well-documented for pretty much every type of hierarchy.

How happy are men now? Hierarchies don't make people happy. Humans are made happy by having good social connections and having their needs met.
