Am I dateable:

Am I self sufficient? Is my person and home well maintained? Am I mentally well? Am I actively working to better my mental health? Do I have individual interests/ hobbies? Is my social group bettering me? Am I an active/caring friend? Am I a hard worker in my job/education? (Regardless of decisions to be a SAHM or continue into a career work ethic is always important) Are my beliefs/morals well established?

Is about all I can think of at the moment.

Can you cook at least a few basic meals? Can you maintain a clean space, whether that’s a small apartment or a whole house? Are you healthy, emotionally and physically? Do you actively work on being healthy, emotionally and physically? Can you care for someone or something other than yourself, even if that’s a pet or a plant? Are you always trying to grow yourself mentally and expand your horizons?

Are you a kind person? Are you overbearing and aggressive or are you soft and feminine? Do you always need to be in control and if so how are you working on relinquishing that need? Are you a pushover? Do you know how to set and maintain boundaries while still being kind and polite? Do you hold yourself and your partner to an acceptable standard?

I personally would like to know what skills people think are most important to be working on in nun mode. I’d especially like a male perspective. What do you want a prospective wife to be bringing to the table?

One suggestion I would have for nun mode is to find a project to complete that doesn't require much concentration so it allows you to think of other things while you are working. A task that keeps your hands and body busy while your mind figures things out. Examples: sanding and painting a thrift store piece of furniture, knitting, weaving, making soap, cooking without following a recipe, gardening, and so on. I am sure that are other great ideas.

The second part of this advice is to read or listen to podcasts before working on your project. Then just let your mind wander as you work. Sometimes it is best to be receptive to answers that come to you when your mind is free to sort things out. This doesn't happen when you are always seeking answers instead of looking at some that are right in front of you.

I hope everyone is offended at least a little bit. This is a self-inventory. If you're not offended, then you must be perfect and have no need for a self-inventory.

Axiom: Nobody's perfect. Everyone gets a check plus and check minus somewhere. Everyone has a flaw. Some folks are little crazy, or selfish, or narcissistic, some are ugly, some are stupid, some are insensitive, some are forgetful and aloof in all things.

Although you can't actually change things like intelligence, you can boost the signals you have and compensate for it when you don't have it. Nearly everyone is somewhere between these two extrema. Try to boost your signals to stand out.

Indicators of intelligence:

We look for low intelligence with these:

spelling, grammar, and vocabulary: These are correlated with g. Self-improvement: Compensate for this in some other area. You can't make gains in IQ, but you can simulate this by learning new things. Smart folks naturally do this, so its a flag. You want to show that you have knowledge about things which have no real world use. It's a sign of high intelligence since you are flexing cognitive muscles without any effort in areas where others have trouble. If you have reading, writing, spelling, or arithmetic problems, try learning one of the hobbies following this section. Like a Jedi mind trick, it will cause your date to overlook these red flags.
If your hobbies consist of watching television and listening to music: You're not too bright. Self-improvement: Don't list these as hobbies on your dating profiles.
common knowledge: Gaps in common knowledge imply lower intelligence. Self-improvement: Take a good look at yourself...do you read nonfiction? Do you read at all? Lack of time is not a valid excuse.
problems in rational thinking: You display magical thinking and hold superstitious beliefs. Self-improvement: Find men who also hold these beliefs. You're not going to get anything other than a short term fling if he doesn't share these, too.

We look for high intelligence with these kinds of things.

If you have one of these, then you'll stand out. Most folks can boost their "I'm smart!" signals by picking up one of these hobbies.

Do you enjoy academic or cognitively demanding hobbies? If not, see the list of examples:

genetics: Get a crispr kit.
astronomy: Get a telescope or binoculars and join the astronomy club.
microscopy: Get a microscope and join a club.
photography: Try multispectral photography with a modified camera.
linguistics: Learn a dead language or useless minority language for fun.
mathematics: Try to solve amateur mathematics problems for fun.
archaeology: Learn about the Mayan writing system.
migrations: Can you talk at length about the genetic, linguistic, and archaeological evidence of the Bantu expansion?
IT/computer programming: Learn to use UNIX or learn computer programming.
writing: You've always wanted to write a book. Start now.
rocketry: Join a rocketry club.

Personality associations:

novelty seeking: Ever gone skydiving? Self-improvement: Learn and try new things.
innate curiosity: Are you curious, or are you a soul-less dud without the spark of life? Self-improvements: Try a hobby...especially one with a creative outlet.
appeal to authority: Do you always bow to authority figures, or does she fight when she's in the right? Explanation: this is an indicator of past trauma. Self-improvements here: Ask yourself whether or not you are doing these things.
Honesty: Do you tell other folks lies all of the time? Self-improvements: Be aware that others are watching.

Crazyness factor (this is going to be offensive to the sensitives):

Does she have borderline personality disorder? Men will know this when she mentions failed suicide attempts. Self-improvements: Good coping skills go a long way.
Does she have cuts on her wrists? This is unbelievably common in my country...so we ask: Are they new cuts? Self-improvements: Self-mutilation is not a coping skill. Deal with the problem that causes you to do these things.
fearfulness: Do you have disabling fears? Example: you can't fly on a plane out of fear. Self-improvements: Good coping skills go a long way.
depression: Is she depressed because of hardship or because she is defective at a genetic level? Self-improvements: Good coping skills go a long way. Doing nothing is a red flag.
eating disorders: Are you someone with bulimia? Self improvement: ___________________
addiction disorders: You had so many DUI charges that you spent time in jail for it. Self improvement: Seek community help. You're judged by your inaction.
psychopathy/empathy: How do you treat your dog? This is a reflection of how you will treat your spouse and children. Self improvement: ____________________
gender dysphoria: A friend of mine was dating a woman who felt this way. Somehow this person thought nothing would change when SHE came out as a HE. Self-improvement: Commit early to one gender or the other.

Other things that are often unsaid but can lead to direct results with online dating:

Single men without kids of their own will not be interested in raising some other man's kids. If you're a single mom, don't even bother with single men.
Single mothers should look for single divorced men who already have kids of their own. They'll be much more receptive to raising another man's kids.
If you're a single mom with kids that aren't racially similar to you, your new divorced date should match the race of the father. If your date does not match the race of the father, it will be obvious that he is not the father. To the man, he will assume that he presents as some loser who is raising someone else's kids. Insecurities like these are powerful motivators for men to dip out of your relationship early without any explanation.

Interracial dating: Interracial dating is often limited to short term relationships instead of marriage. The reason is that while many men are curious and want to try race X out in the bedroom, they are often not willing to commit to anything long term because of perceived cultural differences. Sure, there are exceptions, but the odds are not in your favor. If you want do this anyway, be weary for guys who are looking for a hookup and not marriage. Don't get used.

Religion: You need to be thinking about how you want your child to be raised. Different religions (or lack of) don't mix well for long term relationships.

There are some often unspoken rules about dating and age:

The older person should never date someone younger than: half the age plus seven years.

Bigger ladies in the 98th percentile or higher: Do not change your weight for cosmetic reasons. Your rarity makes you stand out. There are lots of men out there looking for you because you are rare. You may not know it, but you have the upper hand over men in online dating sites that cater to larger ladies. Self-improvement: You lack confidence because you wrongly assume you're undesirable. Men are visual...If you got a date, then you should assume he likes what he sees. Don't hide yourself with baggy or patterned clothing. When you want to impress your date, show your curves.

Taller ladies in the 98th percentile or higher: Try this...wear the tallest high heels you can find. Your height makes you stand out in a crowd...literally. Self-improvement: You lack confidence because you wrongly assume you're undesirable. Your goal is to be noticed. Men are visual...If you got a date, then you should assume he likes what he sees. Don't try to slouch when seated. Wear high heels and flaunt your height.

Traits that have value to men are intelligence, general factor of personality (GFP), beauty and youth. These are genetic markers of health, fertility and motherhood.

They'll avoid mentioning these things and talk about other traits in order to signal they're not garbage lol. Even if they're just drinking and whoring with contraception, they still instinctively are attracted to fertility/maternity markers.

I think it's easy to over-estimate the sexual market value boost from career, hobbies and education. Education, career and hobbies can increase the phenotypal expression of these traits and make them visible signals so you can attract and keep a better man. But IMHO it's easy to get carried away.

So, how can you maximize your youth, beauty, personality (GFP) and intelligence? Intelligence is not very malleable; as long as you're educated enough for your age and IQ level, you can signal it. Choosing something pretty like Classics might be wise. GFP is more malleable: consuming good media and only keeping company with high-GFP, sensible people will help. Religion elevates GFP and adaptive behaviours. Make-up and style maximize beauty; remember to dress for the type of man you want. Youth can be maximized by going through lots of dates (no casual sex -- purity is valuable) while you're as young as possible, then settling down and having as many kids as possible ASAP (before your man's sperm mutates). If you end up with an aging low-IQ soy boy, use BDSM to seduce and transform him into a sissy cuckold and get genetically superior seed from academics and wealthy men.
