From what I have seen the dating world gets much easier for men after a certain age and it becomes exponentially harder for women.

I know that many young men struggle to meet and attract women who is the same age as them but I am pretty convincible that a single and childless 40 - 60 years old man has more dating options and he is more desirable by women than a woman does in the same age who is also single and childfree. Unless if the woman is unusually beautiful for her age. For example Christina Hendricks is 46 but she is beautiful, tall( almost as tall as I do) busty, childfree and redhead( she is my type☺) but she appears to be still single judging from her Instagram profile. Is she desirable by men her age or even younger men? Would she be able to get a sugar daddy with ease like a 20 - 25 years old girl would?

It seems that men not only like youth and beauty but also inexperienced and agreeable women( which is linked to being young). I believe that until 35 years old women have dating and sex advantages over men ( but I don't know if the falling fertility has something to do with it since nowadays more women than ever are having babies over 35). However the dating game get inverted over 35 and men begin to get easier chances with the opposite sex than women do. That is why it is far more commonplace to have couples which the man is many years older than the woman but the other way around is much more rare. My parents and a couple's best friends of them were examples. They were almost 20 years apart.

An older men often have traits desirable by women like stability in life and more money( that is why a rich guy van convince attractive women to date him if he pay her - sugar babies would not date him if he didn't pay). That happens despite the worse looks caused by the aging process. And many people say that divorced men are more attractive to women.

However in older ages( in the last decades of the average person life expectancy) dating and relationships opportunities are very very hard for everyone and both genders become equal in this aspect. For exemple my father is almost 80 and he has a very los sex drive( if any at all) and he wants to be alone for the rest of his life. Also I thought "which woman would want to date or even marry him?"
