Long story short, I'm military (M,24) and she's civilian (F,22). We married young, I was 22 she was 19. We have two kids, one of them from her (previous marriage) and one from both of us. We met at the installation I'm stationed at. We've had our share of ups and downs, big ups and downs. Fast forward a couple years, a week ago after two days of fighting she said she wanted to call it quits. I agreed. She wanted to be cordial and said "doesn't have to be nasty". Well a couple days later I figure out she's with a mystery man, admitted to taking nudes but claims they're just in her camera roll, bringing a man's piece of XXL workout jacket attire home that reeked of cologne, being rude to my Mother, getting caught at a restaurant holding hands with another man, etc. I know she's been active on snapchat too because she re-downloaded it once we both agreed to divorce. (We had an agreement no snapchat during our marriage.) She leaves the house every single night, stays out late and doesn't come home until 1-2 in the morning. Tonight she said she won't be back home and is staying the night somewhere and took a change of clothes. Doesn't acknowledge the kids and especially my Son. Doesn't take her daughter places. The list goes on. She did a total 180 on everything in the span of one day and turned her back on her family. I have a friend who happens to be a Private Investigator who's giving me a pretty sweet deal with this short investigation who will be finding out everything. My question is, how can I screw her over legally with all this information? She's still legally married to me, she still lives with me on base. She's letting me start the papers and agreed to give me full custody of my Son because she claims "I can't form a bond with him and I don't love him as much as my daughter". I just want this girl to feel the pain she's causing this family backstabbing all of us focusing on another Man THIS SOON, it's the biggest middle finger. Talk about throwing cordial out of the window. Any advice on the subject on how I can get back at her with the information I will be receiving and what I have now? It would be super appreciated.
