I’ve talked to my coworkers. Older women have interesting conversations and can keep up. Younger women seem boring and talk about whatever is trending. You also have to be the first one to make a move or else they just stay quiet around you.

I think guys do whatever they can to get into their pants. Not sure if they actually enjoy them because they act differently when women are around.
