Well first post I saw on X / Twitter last night was someone saying why can’t evil men stop killing children in this conflict.

I pointed out the IDF has female pilots in their airforce and there have been Palestinian female suicide bombers previously.

They blocked me….

But yes the gamma bias is strong with men always as perpetrators and women always as victims. Despite women being perfectly capable of violence.

Take a sensible young man who plays piano or reads mangas, he wants just to live his little life, he's grabbed by the hand and shamed if he doesn't accept to fight against lords of war knowing he maybe faints when seeing blood and he has no chance to survive. Than back home mutilated, a woman will scream at him to "man up" or to do the dishes, while she spent the war with her bottocks at home and safe. If a country is under attack, I think it's fair that both genders are put to contribution, as it's the case in Israel.

From a female perspective I can also add that such a phrase places women at the same "power level" as a toddler. Like I can understand if someone values children over adults, but "oh those poor women!" like "Oh it's so sad because oh women are so innocent and precious and boohoo!". Pisses me off.

I don't even bother keeping up with the news anymore because I already know that the media will try to get me to root for one side or the other while the truth is that neither truly cares about men. It's all one big game being played by elitists who think throwing away innocent (mostly male) human lives is okay as long as it benefits them. I will never fight for my country and sorry to say, but the ones that do are fooling themselves. They actually think that they're helping their country by fighting in its name, while in reality they're just throwing away their lives needlessly. No civilian should fight in pointless wars. Let politicians and elitists who like wars so much fight each other instead.

They do it like that because of the simple fact that both men and women care more about women well-being by far. A woman being killed is a far bigger crime to the general population than a man being killed, it's not even close. We know how the world reacts when a woman goes missing vs when a man goes missing. With all that in mind, just how ridiculous are statements like "the internet hates women" or "the world hates women"? You'd expect some people to be so detached from reality but that's what literally most reddit will tell you.

This is actually more of a racial thing that comes from men themselves. When talking about conflicts in foreign countries the "women and children" line is used to create empathy because Western men struggle to empathize with other men from different cultures.

The term "women and children" is never used when people are killed in the European Union or the U.S. In that case, its just about people.

I'm all for men rights, but that's also part of being a man. In a state of war, men protect women and children at the cost of their lives. Like the Titanic. I'm Israeli and yes I've noticed that shit and it's infuriating as fuck. Amazing how when the chips are down suddenly it's just the women and children who are mentioned. Obviously I feel for them but it really says a lot when every single media outlet does that shit. Empowerment my ass. Historically men have always been seen as replaceable and a demographic that people "move on and forget" of. This case is no different. Just because other men start wars doesn't mean regular family type men, fathers etc should be glossed over. It's disgusting.
