You need to immediately start making contact with people in your life. IMMEDIATELY. Your father, a brother, a friend (preferably a man), a buddy from work, he'll even an old school friend or childhood friend. Call all of them. Drop the ones who ask you to try harder or ask you to look at yourself. Don't call them anymore. Keep calling the ones who know how to listen, to ask questions, or who have been there.

Then you're going to get a therapist. You're going to make weekly appointments and keep them even if you don't feel like it.

I suspect that her "not loving you anymore" has less to do with you than it does to do with her. Esther Perel says women leave men not because they're unhappy but because they think they could be happier. It's so true.

There is rebirth after the death. Hang in there, do the hard work. Read through this groups advice and proceed with caution and determination.

Don’t be too proud to call somebody even if it’s a crisis line! This is been one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to deal with in my life going through my divorce. But there is always something to look for. Just make sure to reach out to somebody.

You can do this . Separate yourself from that relationship get into a gym , eat right sleep well get into therapy . Reconnect with strong male friends and family putting yourself first is key . You need time to heal this pain is only motivation on your journey to a better version of yourself. It will hurt but if you do this right you will come out a better man. Push yourself but remember to be kind this will take time keep your head up and always move foreword

I've been going through this since October with two kids. At first I was in your same place, heartbroken, scared, and just felt sad non stop. I couldn't think of life without my family and wanted anything to fix it. The more time that's drawn on since then I've still been sad, but have realized I liked the idea of all of us together. But the reality is I will still have my family which are my two children, and as spiteful as my stbxw has been I know longer have feelings for her and can't wait for this divorce to get over with. Just stick in there, its going to hurt for awhile but you'll get to peaks and valleys where you see there is light and a life on the other side! Good luck man!

Tough love brother: she needs a man - not another emotional female. You’re acting like a co-dependent emotional female - which is forcing her to be the alpha male, calm, indifferent and in control. You’re in her frame she should be in yours - so where can you look back in your relationship and see when you started acting that way and lost touch with the man she fell in love with
