I think this is they guy that reached out on a youtube channel. he was asked to contact professional help. Keep his family at a distance, and to continue to build friendships. Because of how poorly he was treated by his family.

This was the breaking point - but there was some more stuff in the background. Mother was a real piece of work. Just horrible - truly horrible.

I just got out of prison for a crime I didn’t do, I was falsely accused of stalking, and residential burglary by my domestic/sexual abuser for talking about my experiences being abused. Almost my entire family still talks to the “victim” and I basically cut everyone out. I know exactly how this person feels as I too was forced on the streets until I went to prison. Luckily I don’t need to get restraining orders

I know of 2 people this had happened too. One was 12 & his younger cousin accused him. Luckily his dad stood by him & stopped spking to that side of the family. The 9 year old cousin said he "fingered her" yet couldn't explain what that actually meant to the police. Another was my friends step niece accused him ( she was very troubled & her mum was a prostitute) his mum called the police without even talking to him. He hadn't spoke to his sister since & just started spking to his mum but there's 0 trust. It's heartbreaking cause his dad died so he really feels alone, his sister has tried to apologise but how can u forgive someone that thinks that of u. We need to teach girls that lying about this is just as bad as doing it. How can families just throw their sons away without proof or even asking them, it's mind blowing. I don't get it, I would do anything for my adult son, he's not disposable cause he's got a penis.

Something similar happened to me. Half my family believes me, half believes the lying party. I don't care anymore. The worst part is that my accuser had actually tried hard to be sexual with me on many occasions. When I wouldn't do it, they eventually told family I did.

The part that doesn't make sense is the last part in red. You can't just take restraining orders out on people and have them granted, at least as a guy. There is supposed to be a threat of violence to take out an order of protection. If you are a female, you can say you are scared of the person and more likely to get it. I doubt as a guy they would just grant that over a phone call.

The only reason why I don't believe this to be true is because the family actually cared enough after the fact to pursue the matter, going so far as to hire I PI.

Don't buy it.

Human nature as it is would have them make excuses for themselves individually and dismiss him out of hand. Instead of blaming themselves they would transfer any internalized guilt onto the cousin as anger/rage for ruining him.

They would not see themselves at fault. People don't work that way.

My lil bro's best friend in highschool, the neighbor gal accused him of rape and sexual assault.

He came home bawling and completely distraught. The important thing was to fucking listen to him.

As a gal who has experienced what she was accusing him of, her details were off af. Her whole attitude about it was off. She was proven wrong but it didn't stop anything. His social medias were being blasted due to her.

My dad and I went over to their house to confront her parents, asked em to put an end to it as it was also causing trouble at school.

Nada.

We talked to the school asking for them to put an end to it.

Nada.

She spun 2 more accusations, so my dad and I crafted a legalese letter threatening lawsuit for defamation, slander, restraining orders, and traumatic emotional distress of a child.

Her parents put an end to it, they had her publicly confess at school to restore my brother's reputation, then they moved because everyone was afraid she'd falsely accuse them too.

I couldn't imagine blindly shunning my brother over someone else's words like what happened in this green text.

Two of my oldest friends are considered criminals in the eyes of the law because of lies women told. The evidence that would've freed them was on their phones and said phones mysteriously vanished because it was easier for all involved to pretend two guys committed crimes against women than it was to actually investigate the truth. False accusations are pathetic and should be condemned as much as possible. In the case of my first friend, he's lost everything, including the ability to speak to his daughter.
