In that case, why not come to America? Come to Miami, Euro women all over the world are here. However if you have to stay in Europe, then I have heard great things about Poland and Hungary.

OP, I just read that you are a black guy looking to travel to Europe in order to meet women. I'll give you some more blunt advice that the clueless guys here will disagree with and also a resolution. In recent years, especially after the refugee crisis, Europeans have become a lot more racist and a lot more xenophobic. I believe there was a story in Greece of where a group of Serbians beat a young black man to death for talking to a Serbian woman.

Given that you are doing it solo as opposed to having a friend in a given country, you will have a tougher time. However, here is my advice for you.

Go to the biggest cities in Europe. London might be British but it is loaded with women from all across Europe. You speak English so the language barrier will not get in your way, unless you speak other languages that is. The culture is very open to hookups as opposed to Southern Europe which is very social circle heavy. Dublin is underrated as well and loaded with women from all across Europe. One of my black friends stayed there for a month and slept with an Italian, French, Scandinavian, and Russian woman.

As for other cities, go for the ones you are culturally into but start pipelining a month in advance. Switch location to the city on Bumble and see how many women you match with.

I'll warn you though, the more south you get in Europe, the more racist and conservative it gets. Eastern Europe is also very racist.

Stay in hostels along the Mediterranean. Portugal, Spain, France, Italy, Greece etc. You'll meet tons of fellow travelers to go exploring with. Just look for the hostels with a free social dinner.

Since you're black, I recommend checking out a channel on YT called International Passport. He breaks down the best places for black men to travel to, and have success with women. I plan to travel to these areas soon.
