Think of a guy that has worked on himself and has these traits:

He's fun to be around. In conversations women love the good emotions they feel when they are around him.
He doesn't take value from anyone. He doesn't care if people accept his ideas or not, he loves his ideas because they are his. Doesn't need validation from anyone. If people laugh at his jokes, thats great. If not, thats great too. He doesn't need the validation. He's not in his head about what people think about him.
He comes across as an attractive, grounded, masculine presence, who's on his path in life, who shares great energy, and any girl if she's thinking straight would have a great time with. Women crave a guy who is on an exciting journey and she can be a part of it. That journey can be anything. But, if you can convey emotion around it, if you can get excited about it, she will respond.
His world is mostly in reaction to him, not the other way around. He's not needy and comes across as a leader. Often, people ping to him more than he pings to them.
His humor is sometimes self amusing. While he may make people laugh, he makes himself laugh by design.
He has empathy for other people.
He's calibrated. He doesn't overdue these principals, but doesn't go too soft either. He knows the sweet spots in his personality that are most effective.
He's always aware of women's comfort level. If he makes anyone uncomfortable, he knows when to back off. He knows how to recover.
He knows when and how to make conversations man to women when appropriate, not friend to friend. His intent is clear. If he thinks she is sexy, he tells her this. He knows he's not talking to a friend, he's talking to a sexy women.
He knows boring logical conversation is chick repellant. Fun and emotional is attractive.

Those are just some general principals. Not all need to apply, but its where most attraction comes from.

Think of women feeling good emotions when they are around you. Think of being fun. Think of standing your ground on your ideas and not always trying to be agreeable. Think of being decisive. Think of being a little bold. And remember, its mostly in the sub-communications and male behavior where attraction comes from.

It could be anything, but the most likely issue for you is probably Communication.

I've seen many long-term couples fail in bed and it's clearly because a lack of understanding between them.

Ignore seduction tips (they're mainly built for ONS and starting relationships) and focus on the human part of your wife.

Maybe she's low key pissed at you because "you don't get what she feels"?

Or idk she doesn't feel there's a connection anymore because you don't talk about things that interest her?

I think you are past the point of being able to game your wife. She knows you too well, for instance she knows immediately if you are faking confidence about a situation or whatever.

IMO the way to seize the initiative is through actually bettering yourself. Get fit, learn something cool etc. You have to really, with great subtlety, build up the implication in her mind that you have options/could leave her/other women find the new you attractive. And if all else fails you need to show her ruthless indifference. Make her squirm, cry, feel like she has to fight to keep you. It only sounds extreme because what you want to do is really really hard.

You really don't want to seduce your wife because true seduction involves manipulation and some degrees of dishonesty.

If you really want to "seduce" your wife, sit down with her and tell her how you've been thinking that you haven't been listening enough to what she's been saying and would she mind telling you what's on her mind, and all you're going to do is listen. And then listen. Don't offer solutions. If she tells you things you weren't aware of, let her know you weren't, and you want to continue to communicate like this. Let her know you love her, she means the world to you, and you don't ever imagine a life where she's not there.

I've never been married but I've had sex with married women.

The best remedy I've found is to either dump her or let her know you're fucking someone else. At that point she'll either have sex with you or reveal whoever she's been cheating with.

If you've got kids get them off to the grandparents. Cook dinner for her and sit down and talk. Build the tension up throughout the day and you should get lucky.
