You don't have to drink to go to a bar, have your regular softdrink or coffee/thee.

You can find women everywhere. Bars, library, shoppingstreets/mall.. The secret is to not give 2 fucks of what they think about you.

Be happy with who you are and accept yourself. This will boost your confidence.

Learn to walk away if you feel like "this is going nowhere."

Don't make approaching/dating a big deal, because it's not. It's just interaction between a guy and a girl nothing more.

There is no one special opener. Everything works. It's how you deliver it that makes the difference. A simple" Hi, I like your dress. What's your name." is a good start. Don't forget to smile though!

I think the best thing to do is to have 2-3 social hobbies that give you the opportunity to meet people and build up a social network. I think to get the most out of life you should be doing this anyway, so you’re not just doing it to meet women though that’s a legitimate consideration. For me my favorite is salsa dancing. I’ve had many women initiate interest in me that I’ve met from salsa and they tend to be in shape and athletic given the nature of the hobby. Another benefit is you can vet people by getting to know them first and seeing how they interact with other people in your hobbies’ community.

Festivals. I've been at this awhile and I can confidently say, a large amount of extremely receptive woman are ripe and ready to go at these things. Concerts are good too, but festivals go over a longer period of time, and therefore increases chances for results astronomically.

Go clubbing with the boys man, picking up girls at clubs is easy if you know what you're doing. Make some male friends and do some approaches, if you need the best material from the puas that I studied, that helped transform my game once again I'm willing to share, comment here and I will let you know. I am the ultimate broken record on here with these recommendations but people don't see it all the time and are unaware of who the best is. Easiest for me was in college. I would approach about 10-15 new girls a week several new dates a week and lay a new girl every month or so. It wasn’t too bad but it was somewhat time consuming having to walk around all day and you need to be able to figure out your logistics (gas and shit). I had to switch between two campuses and get laid in my car or motels. Had several same day lays through this and some lays came from girls I met in class but the most efficient way was approaching random girls on campus.

Book a hotel in a big city where you think you will have the most opportunities to meet people/women. For most guys, they will need to leave their hometown and get out to a city to find the opportunities they seek. Even if its just for practice, consider traveling to a city where you will have an abundance of opportunities to socialize.

Start by being a tourist, just get used to travel and enjoying the city. Learn how to navigate around. Do this a few times if you need to. This is your journey, so take whatever time you need.

It's up to you how you meet women. You didn't say if you wanted to cold approach, or get to know people and make it more of a warm approach, social circle scenario. I say, explore them all.

Look for activities to go to. You can try things like festivals, concerts, bars, museums, parks, etc... Just look for any places you can go where attractive women may be. Try to get used to going to these places, take whatever time it takes to get comfortable in the city doing things.

The main thing is to just say fuck it, and book the hotel. Just get out to a city where you will have many social opportunities. Then just explore those opportunities. Look for places where you can approach, or meet other people, or whatever. But, step one is to just travel to a place where you can meet women and socialize.

If you ask me, this is the #1 problem most guys have. They simply lack opportunities to meet an abundance of women. You need lots of options to practice game, or date, or whatever.
