Men need to realize that the most important thing is how they feel about themselves. Every guy has noticed how they have on and off days. Some days they seem to be able to talk to everyone, girls open up to them, they get dates and then other times, they feel invisible to women and couldn't get a positive reaction to save their life.

So what's the difference? Simple. When you have an on day it was usually because something triggered you to feel good about yourself. Maybe you closed a sale at work or got a promotion or finally afforded that cool pair of sneakers you always wanted. Maybe a girl smiled at you and you finally believed that you are not the ugly ogre you thought you were. But these feelings are all derived from external sources and as such they wear out pretty fast. That's why the good state only lasts a couple of days or so.

The solution is easy. Learn to like yourself, give yourself approval and validation internally. Learn to feel good about who you are without reliance on outside sources of validation.

Can I ask how old you are? Do you cold approach just in town and stuff? I’m kinda in the same boat atm as in you before. Not been in the best mental state and struggling with girls. Need to step it up and start cold approaching
