My inner game stunts me entirely. I just can't get over my insane lack of confidence. I realise most people here have had confidence problems at some point in their journey, but believe me it can't get much worse than mine. No matter how much I improve myself and my life, and how many positive feedback I get, I simply can't integrate these into my self image. I'm stuck with the feeling that I simply don't deserve a pretty girl, and I just can't get rid of this feeling no matter how I try.

So as you can expect I've already been to therapy, read a shitload of books and articles on how to improve your confidence, etc. The best one I read was maybe Models by Mark Manson, but it still didn't help much on an emotional level, only on an intellectual one. So I'm looking for something really good, something that gives you specific, actionable advice to improve your confidence while you're trying to meet women.

Any tips?

Edit: I sincerely ask you to stop commenting "just go out and to it". I already went out and did it, but my issues don't go away, and I need expert help, because if it were as simple as something you can explain to me in a few paragraphs, I would already have figured it out. It's for a reason I'm asking for resources. Please respect my request.
