I'd move on. Next time be a bit more up front about your intentions though. You didn't get her number to keep up with stuff, saying that's why you wanted to was a bit weak.

I haven't had her number for long (got it last Thursday), but just small stuff during class(we don't sit near each other since the class gets very full). But we had a pop quiz and I texted her that I failed it Horrible. She said something along of the line of: haha me too. I haven't studied for this class at all. We went back and forth a few times then it fizzled out.

It will require a lot of work, and since you're asking here the chances that you pull it out are slim. I'd move on. Talk to other girls, maybe she will miss the attention you gave her and this will turn the tide around. Probably not though. Be outcome-independent or you'll get hurt a lot.

Ask her to hang out, show her that you are fucking awesome human. Make your intention very clear. Always assume attraction. I much rather assume attraction and be wrong than assume rejection and be right.

I don't think it's too late. Perhaps use some C&F in a text or two and in person, ignore her, talk to other cute girls in front of her... etc.

Take the opinion that she is into you, and that you are messing with her.

If none of that works, then move on.

IN REAL LIFE: let the attraction for her flow out of you via strong eye contact and self amusement. You've got to be in tine for more subtle clues than that. Watch her body language, how log she keep, eye contact, what direction she breaks eye contact in, if she leans toward you, gets closer than she needs to wheb she walks by, corrects her own body language while talking to you, plays with her hair, does anything sillier than ussual double takes at you, etc.

Swing for the fences if you either see a cluster of signs like that, or if you see one and your 100% dead sure you triggerd it.

Bring up a casual sexual subject, if she entertains it, probably likes you. Or at he very least she's cool and open minded, and that type of girl wont resent you or be creeped out by you trying.

Ask her to do something in a hang out pitch, get you a coffee and bring it to the quad or whatever. Unless she's too nice to a weird point, she likes you if she does that favor.

I know getting her number in that fashion was a bit weak, but a lot of times you meet up to study, and it leads to grabbing a cup of coffee, drinks, etc. It's worked out for me before, but with her I was just going to give up since I got the number the way I did, and there are virtually no signs of attraction.

I'm not really wasting much energy on it, I'm not even really crushing. I just feel like sometimes I overthink things and in efforts to avoid being creepy I get out too fast. But I was just curious as to a strategy to have a shot at escalating things. At the end of the day, I view a rejection as a result as oppose to a failure. I wanted to see if I was crazy for even thinking I might have a strategy even if the girl shows no interest.

There was an FR on here where the guy met her I think on the street and did her that night and she was basically showing no interest the entire time (but not denying anything either).

If she gave you her number, texts you back, waits for you after class and goes out of her way to acknowledge you why do you think she's not attracted to you?
