I'd advise not doing this.

You run the risk of making a woman extremely uncomfortable for going in so quickly.
This really only works in night-game where girls have had a couple to drink. Very rarely will you see something like this work during the day.
Don't let selection bias YouTube videos think this is a good idea, they only show the successful kisses.

There used to be whole seduction techniques based on this. You enter the bar, and quickly find a girl avoiding eye-contact (basically one who looks really submissive) and you go up to her and kiss her to start the night. I've done this, not in 15 seconds, but definitely within a minute or so.

I'll break it down in bulletpoints like I'm wont to do:

It was early on in the night, so there was excitement about where the night could go, and everyone had 1-3 drinks in them already
I was completely on top of my game. I went out well dressed, nice shoes, with my friends, and when I used to be the wallflower, I was now the life of the party.

Don't do this.

Any guru can pick and choose videoes, and they can choose the good ones only.

The guy is obviously drunk when he's addressing the camera, his face and cheek are really flushed in an indoor environment.

I get pretty good when I'm drunk too. But it's just a crutch and there are very little skill involve. Your brain loosen up and creativity come flowing pretty fast, there's a few research paper on alcohol if IIRC.

You can't exactly drink in public and you can pregame all you want but if your public transportation suck ass or you might get mug so alcohol is not the way to go.
