So I was out in a high end club in the city for Fashion Week last night. I approach a two set where one of my buddies is already talking to one girl. I say hi, introduce myself, she gives me a dead-fish handshake and leaves. She then whispers to her friend something, at which point her friend looks at me with a shocked face. They both pour themselves drinks from my table and walk away. I admit my state was pretty weak last night, and my approach was AFC as well, but for god's sake, all I did was say hello and say my name. Their reaction was like I said something horrible, or that I was a madman for presuming to talk to them. Do any of you know why they would react this way? I've been on quite a rejection streak as of late, and this one was kind of the nail in the coffin.
