Written by a guy called "60 years of challenge", there exists an ebook which is all about using minimal energy and building sexual tension. Its pretty good stuff. Its especially suitable for confident introverts.

Its more about being the suave sexy mysterious guy, than the guy everybody loves and who keeps the party going. Both work in different scenarios. You can master one or both.

Being a good wingman:

Make it easier for the guy you are helping to provide value. Set up jokes for him, and ask him about stories which make him sound interesting / smart. Ask him advice on things he is knowledgeable about in front of the girl. Girls can read well whether you are trying to help a guy out, so don't make it obvious. Implicitly imply that he is the leader of your group of friends. Slightly ignore the girl and pay most attention to him.

Advice may only work if the guy you are winging is at least moderately alpha.

The future of seduction:

There is a movie based on "The Game" coming out. Seddit was at 5k subscribers when I arrived, and now at 50k. Its name is dropped frequently all over reddit. This stuff is slowly seeping into society, LA is already saturated with PUAs. How long until other major cities all are?
