Alcohol helps you approach, and then shits on the rest of your game, at least once you get past 3-4 drinks. However, this challenge is a bit silly. Going out every night for thirty nights and talking to five different women each time and following all those other steps will definitely improve your game, sober or not.

This is going to be very difficult for me, but I won't let that stop me.

Not a lot of people I know like to go out with me to the bars and have the same goals and mindset like I do, and I tend to have a few drinks throughout the night.

So my goal is combating that slight alcohol crutch and learning how to improve my solo game.

How do people have the time to do these challenges? I'd like to do this challenge and I've already started working out at home, I do at least 20 push ups a day with variations of sit ups and burpees but who has time to chat up 5 girls a day, I barely have the courage, tbf I don't chat up girls very often and I should I'm working on it slowly but I hate the idea of approaching a girl on a crowded bus/metro daunting. I wish I could go to a gym, I think I would be more sociable in that surrounding but they are quite expensive where I live.

I think this is an awesome article. And super relevant to me at the moment. Im currently abroad on a holiday around Europe and have been thinking its acceptable to drink almost EVERY NIGHT for the past 2 and a half months. It has taken a noticeable toll on my body and energy levels.

Im going to take note of all this information and tips to better myself and my life! Though I wont be taking on the 30 day challenge until im home. I have organised plans to go to breweries and vineyards and I must admit, I really enjoy a good drinking game that we young people play. But those will be one offs and I will vow to go out and party sober every other night!

I'm so happy I found this subreddit. It was literally on par with the way I started to feel I before I even knew this "society" existed. Thank you so much for that. Biggest problem I've had with this is that I feel bad/get mean mugged for being in the bar and not buying anything. And I haven't been able to find a suitable subsitute drink. Club soda is probably the closest, but what do you guys drink. Coke? Tea?
