First, since it's a pretty common figure of speech now, why would it even bother you? It's not like it's demeaning? Unless she says it in a mean-spirited way meant to put you down, then sure.

Second, if it bothers you, there's a thing called setting boundaries. Tell women who call you bro that you don't like being called bro. Set this soft boundary first. If they keep pushing it and still call you bro, set a hard boundary - by telling her not to call you bro or there will be consequences, like you not talking to them anymore, walking away, ignoring them, etc. And then, depending on what happens, act accordingly. They'll probably stop calling you bro - or you'll have to assert your boundary.

What do I do? I make fun of it. I bro her right back. If it's in text, I'll capitalize it or put it in quotes. If it's in person, I'll make a face and emphasize it - extending it, lowering my voice, and/or saying it louder than the preceding statement. Then, I repeat it after everything I say to her. They get it pretty quick and it's all fun and playful. 2-3, maybe as many as 4x and she's laughing and telling you she gets it and to stop or whatever. Or, it could also become a fun thing between you two - had it turn from a "dude" to bro and then "brother" and next thing you know we're communicating in Hulk Hogan gifs and memes. Good times.
