Yeah I have the same problem. I am 25 and didn't lose my virginity until 24. My sex drive was never really that high and really went downhill after 21, I now only get horny like once a month.

I don't really know how to solve it. Been exercising, eating healthy, and I've stopped watching porn. I think we just have to accept the fact that we have low sex drives. Its kinda of sad, but it is what it is.

Stop watching porn and maybe get your hormone levels checked. You might have low T which can impact that. Once you’ve exhausted all avenues have a candid convo with your doc about getting Cialis or Viagra. Ignore everyone who says that’s for men over 40. You can get a script and just take when needed. If anything your performance on those will get your head back in the game.

I would just relax, and keep at it. It’s very normal to be nervous which is going to mess with your abilities when it’s a new partner, especially if you’re limited in experience. You need your parasympathetic (rest and digest) nervous system for an erection, and just cuz you think you’re relaxed doesn’t mean you are. Also alcohol is a depressant which disrupts blood follow and make erections more difficult. Don’t stress, make the girl feel good, it’ll be alright.

Go to your doctor and get a prescription for viagra or cialis. Often times it's all in your head, especially since you have been out of the game for a while. Even just knowing you have the medication in case you actually need it can be help enough.

I used to have that issue. Do you have problems keeping the girls around after the first time? I found that having sex with the same girl over an over calmed my nerves even as I got new girls and had fist time sex with them.

Also, try meditating. It really helps focus your intent. I know the concept of "Clarity of Intent" sounds kinda weird and woo woo but its actually really practical and simple. If you take a step back and try to pay attention to what's going on internally during any social interaction you will notice that a lot of things run through your mind at the same time. Maybe one part is figuring out what to say next, another is figuring out how to touch her, another is looking for signs of interest, etc. Its kinda like your mind is cluttered. Being clear on your intent is like cleaning your room. When you look at your bed its just your bed, not your bed with lots of stuff all over it. So you can focus on one thing and one thing alone. The reason you need this is because you need to be able to focus on how much you want to fuck the girl and not let any mental clutter get in the way of that.
