Just dont try to hard. Because if you try to think about all of these and consciously force yourself to do them, you will be super stiff. Not cool.

Even if you think something will look superstupid; If you do it comfortably without any forcing to it, and have the confidence to hold it, youre gonna be way cooler tilting your head sideways and cross your legs like a lady, then you look better than if you stiffly follow all of those (mostly stupid ) techniques.

Just work on your general posture, remind yourself to roll your shoulders back and stand up straight. Theres nothing more about posture you need to learn. Tuckered lips my ass. Lmao!

I agree with most of this especially the following: The voice hacks (your voice signals and brings in attraction), the lane walking, keeping your mouth controlled but not stiff, learning how to do and when to use the far away gaze, and the chin tuck. Doing the chin tuck protects against a forward neck and head posture, the bad posture that signals submission and poor body frame. Everything else is about calming and controlling the body and signaling confidence and poise.

Now some of this does sound silly, like cowboy legs and the pucker, but if we were to dig deeper, we would see that they can help. The cowboy legs is not about walking bowlegged. It's about having a steady stance and foundation. The lip pucker is another method to control the mouth. It will help you avoid unwanted unintended scowling, or worse, the mouth breather look.

I think the self-esteem hacks are to esoteric and abstract to be considered 'hacks'. What's needed is a quick cue system with a trigger word or thought that can snap you out of beta billy mode and into more of an alpha and abundance mindset. The clothing hacks could be more deep and useful too.

As one commenter stated, this sub has gone downhill. Just not for the reasons that you think. When actual, immediately actionable advice that is not all that different from some of "best of the best" posts around here is being dissed, while people salivate over generic "inner game" posts that are a dime a fucking dozen and easy, you know something is fucking wrong.

This is ok as an outline but I wouldn’t try and follow all of these tips. Trying to follow something like this will make you look like a robot and weird. The best advice anybody has ever given to the world about women is. Act like you don’t care if you get her or not. The amount of men that swarm women and if you are the one who doesn’t care either way and is willing to move on. She will be attracted to you a lot more.

Other commenters here are mouthbreathing troglodytes. Body language is critical. Nonvocal communication takes up the easy majority of information throughput in person-to-person interactions. You can say the same exact thing with wildly different body language and have ridiculously disparate results.

The actual techniques described here are imperative to deploying a confident output to the world, regardless of how silly the descriptions may be. Perhaps the reason they're so silly is because most people are idiots who need info spoon fed to them in order to retain anything salient.
