Rather than disprove that notion, I think it's more important to prove that men are particularly affected by it.

Accusations without evidence are not prosecutable as a crime or at least shouldn't be unless in the mouth of two or three eyewitnesses minimum.

I’d be curious too, and i intuit that nowadays it’s pretty much the contrary happening.

In Europe but i’ve seen a case of a couple fight accidentally ending with a broken bone consequently of a fall, that in this case was truely accidental.

Well the “victim” was heavily pushed by the cops to report it distinctively, against the husband. Heavily meaning a long interrogation and then several phone calls insisting.

What is probably real though, is a double phenomenon of fake reporting from liars using the system bias, and under reporting for the real cases of sexual violence which tipically occur inside the family unit, from a parent.

So the victim is generally ashamed/don’t want to break the family, and might even have some stockholm syndrome. I’d be curious on how modern feminism tackles this very real and delicate issue too. Do they?

Your asking for studies that are not funded by feminism directly or indirectly? Your looking for studies more than 30 years ago that are not tainted. You will not get a large scale study that isn't tainted in this age.

All crimes are underreported, in the sense that most crimes of almost all kinds are never reported to the police. Rape is probably no exception, especially if the victims are male.

In terms of victim blaming, or the police refusing to take cases to court, there doesn't seem to be any evidence of that. Police across the western world have spent decades trying specifically to avoid that, so we have "rape shield" laws, to protect women who make accusations, police have specially trained officers to deal with female victims of sexual violence, some jurisdictions have "no drop" policies, where every accusation will be prosecuted.

Beyond that, a study has to measure something specific, and things like victim blaming, or bias against victims of sexual violence, are insufficiently precise to measure.

So from what I understand, and this is one area feminists have a small point:

SA is really hard to prove. Unlike other crimes there's not a clear case of damage done. So if there's not good evidence they admit it can't be proved and don't investigate further. But that's on the DA not police.

Men are treated as criminals without any evidence in case of DV or rape. The same crimes against men(done by women) cannot be taken as crime by law, because according to law a women a cannot attack or rape a man.

If a man's ass or junk is grabed by a women but is not taken as sexual assault and if a women attacks a man in his own house but is not taken as domestic violence it's pretty showing the direction the law is biased towards.

Our justice system is built on the principle of ‘innocent until proven guilty’ and rape is difficult to prove. It’s not biased against victims of sexual violence, sexual violence is a difficult crime to prove in any context.

With something like murder, whether or not you did it, at least there’s a body, so we know a person actually died. We have something to work with beyond of my word against yours.

You're not likely to find such as the stats on sexual violence are already caught up in pretty bad conceptual problems that are sexist against men and express pretty terrible cultural biases.

Folks would have to disentangle all that before they could begin to do anything like a real scientific study on the matter.

It's quite telling that no one here has been able to provide a credible source.

I doubt you’ll find it , nobody wants to listen to a loose women when it comes to sexual assault. It’s human nature. However when it comes to a woman well known to care about her chastity , like nuns , then men will move mountains if she so much as squeaks that someone looked at her wrong. The problem isn’t that they’re lying on this one , the problem is that men have a deep indignation for whores no matter how much we like to use them for sexual fantasies. Whores have always been despised and left to fend their own. So if they do get raped , it’s not really societies problem. They’re trying to make it societies problem because they’re all moving like whores now and they need protection. It’s destroying our country trying to protect 100 million whores. It’s just a difficult task because they are the ones attracting these men and playing with fire. Then when they get burnt they want our resources. It’s not fair to us. As for a good and well known chase girl( doesn’t really exist anymore), they’re well protected and their usually left alone and respected because we know ain’t no man got no flirtin from her and she Carries herself in a no non-sense fashion. These women think wearing leggings and see through shirts with a serious face is carrying yourself with respect , cause they’re so worried about being a whore for rich and cute guys. Now As for young girls , they usually don’t speak out and that’s a family issue that the parents have to be held accountable for. It’s not a societal issue because the govt can’t fix it without removing the rights of the parents. And we need parents to have rights. They take that away , and next their turning all the kids trans. They have no stop button.
