I've noticed a lot of discussions here about how men can often get the short end of the stick in marriages, especially in cases of divorce or common law marriages. Today, I just heard about "prenups" or "prenuptial agreements."

For those who may not be familiar, a prenup is a legal agreement made between partners before marriage that outlines how assets, finances, and other matters will be handled in the event of a divorce or separation.

I'm curious to hear your thoughts on whether prenups effectively address the concerns many MRAs have about marriage and relationships. Do you think a well-crafted prenup can mitigate the risks and challenges that men often face?

Obviously it shouldn't be the case that such a legal agreement should have to be made in the first place, but does it at least work?
