You keep the make out going and escalate by getting a little more sexual like run your finger from knee to hip along her thigh to start the tease and start talking a little dirty (depending on the vibe of course). The kiss barrier is the biggest one, IMO. If you can get that far you're golden. You will still get the odd girl that won't come home with you, but from experience your success rate after making out consistently throughout the night gives you about 80% odds to pull

Before I mention what to say or how to get her back to yours, I want to specify that once you kiss, the physical touch barrier has been shattered. Right... but her friends need to know where her friend is. Treat her friends like her supervisors, in many cases, it works if you tell the girl let's go get something to eat, but you tell the girl if she wants to share the location with her friends. or send them a text. She will do this 1-2 times and then she will stop. BTW the restaurant actually is at your house (so do have something to eat at your house, don't make this awkward) and also for this to work you need to find a bar/club that is near your house and do this trick there otherwise you can't walk 30 minutes with the girl or drive 20-30 minutes, it's weird.

Seed the pull earlier so that after you isolate and make out it's an even less jump to get out of there and go for the actual pull.
