It should be much simpler than that. No fault means the filing party gets no alimony. That would fix a ton and not keep unhappy people together. Go do your thing but you have to support yourself.

Men just don't get married, system is designed to destroy you. All getting rid of no fault divorce will do is cause women to make up lies as causation for the divorce.

In either fault based or non fault based divorce, the woman typically benefits at the man’s expense.

If we move to fault based divorce, women will still get her husband’s hard earned money in a divorce, she’ll still be favored in child custody but in addition will smear his reputation by claiming he cheated on her or beat her up which could also result in legal/criminal issues for the man.

Women falsely accusing men of such things is already enough of a problem. I fail to see how creating even more of an incentive to falsely accuse men would be an improvement.

It’s wrong solution. Person of any gender should have a way out from relationship. What really needs to be addressed is alimony for the fully-bodied adult.
