Girls have a quality standard they want. If you hit that, then you are golden. They basically put you in three boxes: Invisible, date-able, hot (source: krauserpua). It's a categorical box. you need to jump between the boxes and it's not a continuum.

It just happens that the men who hit that quality standard are likely to be that top 10%

There is a massive logical difference. Let me illustrate it using logic for all you nerds.

There is a difference between

  1. Men who are the top 10% hit that quality standard (A => B; i.e A implies B, or P(B/A))

  2. Men who hit the quality standard are usually the top 10%. (B => A, i.e. B implies A, P(A/B))

Thus, A=>B doesn't mean B=>A or P(A/B) is not equal to P(B/A).

It just happens the men who have the qualities to be good with women end up being successful in other areas in thus end up in the 10% of men.

This doesn't mean you need to be in the top 10% of men to get good with girls, that will make you a mark for gold-diggers. This is some bullshit peddled out by internet gurus to sell their courses. At worse, it is a distraction and a buffer from fixing the real issue.

If you suck with girls, it is a skill issue. You don't fix it by becoming a billionaire. You will still remain the same chode. Look at Zuckerberg: The creepy guy (who used girl's pictures without their permission) still simps for his "wife"; or look at Elon musk and how many divorces he had with the SAME woman; Or look at Jeff Bezos who is hanging with a gold-digger who flirts with Leo Di Cap (An absolute Chad) in front of bezos.

If you want to become good with women, you need to work specifically on that issue. Everything else is a buffer and you are deluding yourself.
