She's pretty sus to me because her business is based on coaching men to become "high value", which is already a load of crap

I listened to her recent appearance on Mark Manson's podcast where she made a few valid points about the recent trend of toxicity from both men and women and also listened to her appearance on Tom Bilyeu's podcast

IMO any women who operate in the men's self-help/self-improvement community who makes a living by going around putting down other women, should not be taken seriously. Because it's essentially feeding desperately lonely men, a morsel of validation so they can purchase the influencer's BS dating coaching program or any shady company that will sponsor them

They're basically trying to be the "pick-me" girl, whist offering NOTHING of value to the already vulnerable male audience. Something the community needs to start calling out more is the amount of time influencers preach advice that they themselves don't follow or they change their core message because something is trending on TikTok

It is impossible to give practical advice that is a "one size fits all solution" because human behaviour is difficult to predict

I distrust her because I remember when she blew up out of nowhere. There was a week when I noticed all her youtube shorts were popping up left right and centre (with very few views). Sure, my algorithm may have been suggesting them to me due to my interest in decoding the manosphere (I'm a woman and have never subscribed to redpill, but it interests me as a modern phenomen). That said, I reckon she had backing or funding and probably paid for her channel and videos to be boosted. The level to which they seemed to be pushed got my back up.

Genuinely, I believe she comes from a viewpoint that is quite narcissistic herself. In my opinion, her point of view grants a lot of forgiveness to abusers and cheaters. She often says that those who have been cheated on, "didn't do enough" which is quite honestly one of the most harmful things a "psychologist" could say to a patient. Her “degrees” aren’t even verified. There’s many threads on Reddit discussing this.

She managed to get Andrew Tate to pay attention to her however and made a few videos with him and she’s literally drooling over him the entire time. Even people in the comments have evidently noticed. So glad guys are realising that women like this are on the uprise. They trap men because they come off as the “beautiful and innocent women”. However they knock other women down and act like they’re perfect just to get more guys around them for themselves and they end up making guys hate women that aren’t perfect yet are being brainwashed. These women know what they’re doing to get guys like this. And I mean Sadia will know what she’s doing to these guys I mean she literally works within psychology.

For example she made some videos talking badly about why girls “really” move to Dubai yet it seems to reflect herself. She’s moved to Dubai got plastic surgery it very much seems messages guys incessantly to get limelight on social media

I don’t mean to be judgemental but unfortunately this is typical within Pakistani women’s society these days. A lot of them are so hungry for any bit of fame and if you’re around them for even a short period of time you’ll quickly realise. Coming from an Asian girl myself. They target guys not so educated but still good looking to give the women validation, an ego boost. Pakistani women who are a little good looking take it to their heads extremely and they become way too toxic. In fact a Pakistani women managed to ruin my life so bad (perhaps jealousy) and then she copied everything about my life. It was quite psychotic, she forced her family member to go to my university and started living my life and then ruined mine. They won’t stop because they love to feel better than everyone. It all starts from giving them compliments on their looks. Trust me. From there they’ll start flirting with guys of other race and it leads to them cheating etc but always blaming others. They do however get extremely intimidated by intelligent Arab women. Sadia has even admitted that before too.

I like her, but my feedback for her, considering that I'm also a right winger, is what I have for most of the women in this space (like Candace Owens). It's really easy to look pretty, be soft spoken, traditional etc., when your partner is earning 500k a year. A man offering 50k a year and one offering 500k offer different benefits as spouses. When your husband can say "quit your job and pursue passions like politics, interior design influencer, or overseeing the remodeling of our ski chalet", yeah, that's different, than a dude who needs help paying bills, or offers a discount housewife setup (moving back in housing and lifestyle to "afford" to stay home).Women have to go BACK in lifestyle to become a mother today. Considering that many women earned more as single women, and the kids eat up their husband's money AND they are living in houses smaller than their parents offered them.

Many men refuse to accept that they might deserve differently because of their station. Those same men want women to believe they deserve less because they're not pretty, are single mothers, are black, are overweight, etc., In the 1950s, women were socialized the same, and offered the same benefits as wives. They almost always held out for marriage, were 19-25 when married, they all were expected to be feminine, cook etc., but men offered different benefits as husbands. Some were horrible providers, had their wives being assaulted as maids (like many black women went through), had gambling problems. Of COURSE they want to go back to that kind of sexual socialism, where women were distributed equally. A proper psychologist would do what they can do, to help find out the main source(s) of issue(s) trauma(s) and so on, and does everything in the power to resolve it well, to help the individual(s) recover, improve, rebuild, etc. to become that much better so they can have that much better lives / life, and overall be that much more healthy mentally and physically, mental health greatly impacts physical health, according to the clinic doctor I visit, and their certification is displayed on the wall.

I find her to be unprofessional, inconsistent, degrading most of the time, boring, and more or less talks about herself and her desires, etc. that is not a proper psychologist, she seems to be the person to one could tell her their issues and she will use it against them sooner or later.

While she looks decent and has some knowledge and some key aspects are accurate, but for the most parts, shes got it wrong.

I think she maybe one of those people who prints out a fake certificate with her name on it, and she really believes that is what she is.

From what I found out, she was in the movie industry and she did acting, combine that with where her origin of where she came from, yep she is a shady person.

She is not out to make the world a better place for all people, she is in it for herself, for money, fame, status, and so on.

She’s literally an actress … on her own YouTube channel she claims to hold a “BSc in psychology”. Anyone can get a BSc in psychology and a “masters in education” which could mean anything. After those “credits” she says words like “inner child healing” which is literally nothing.

Even if she had a masters in psychology (she doesn’t) she still wouldn’t be a licensed psychologist. So basically by her own words she’s not a psychologist in any sense of the word. So no. She also by her own credits isn’t any kind of mental health expert of any kind. I think if you watch her debate with Matthew Hussey on the subject of cheating, it's fascinating and eye opening. She divides behaviors like masculine and feminine instead of treating people equally. She believes that if a woman cheats on her husband and the husband forgives her, then that husband is weak, non-masculine, etc. That type of thinking is what leads men to act in a very traditional manner. On the other hand, if a man cheats on his wife and the wife forgives, then that is not as bad.

Cheating is bad regardless of the gender. It should not be treated differently. These concepts of alpha male, masculinity, etc is what develops toxic male persona. Some people may be attracted to that kind of behavior but that doesn't mean the behavior isn't toxic.

She has some internalized misogyny perhaps due to her Pakistani upbringing. Her clients are usually male.

I would classify her as more of a youtube internet celebrity who has a business of life coaching people. It's pretty evident with her daily constant pushing content on all platforms that she's in it to make money. That being said, I would say I listened to almost every (free) interview she's done. The reason being is because I found value in a good amount of what she's saying. But like most podcast people, once you get what you need, then you tend to move on or dive deeper into the subject elsewhere.

For me, she makes a good amount of valid points because this is what she hears and sees from her experience as a life coach in Dubai and also online. It caters to a very telescopic viewpoint from a mid to wealthy male perspectives, but there are some things that many people, both men and women can relate too.

To summarize her points.

Remove unrealistic expectations of a partner when you yourself have not put in the self work
Stop watching porn men, because societally it is distorting relationships in both men and women
Cheating in relationships/marriages occur in most cases, when the intimacy (sex) is no longer there
How you've been raised can shape the negative consequences you encounter in relationships
High value men doesn't mean they are dating many women at the same time, but rather are selective with the woman they become intimate with and choose wisely
Relationship advice is not the primary focus, it's about dealing with trauma and learning to build self-esteem instead
Social media has created a society of loneliness

I can say this is just a handful of items I think are really valuable to hear as a man and helped me in my journey to understand self. There are a few things that I don't agree with Sadia, She is a devote Muslim women so her perspective is incredibly biased and don't hold merit when talking about modern wisdom. There are a few generalizations she spits out without really backing it up with concrete data or studies, that makes me think this may just be her perspective. She isn't anti-women at all, but she also doesn't have a lot of female clientele so it's definitely biased generalized information.

Recently I've been doing a lot of Yoga and mediation and coming to terms with my past and trying to live a healthier physical and mental life. The physical spiritual practise has built my self-esteem more than anything else out there. It helps me to view women not in such a hateful light, but rather as beautiful people and having that community is a blessing. So the stuff Sadia (or any podcaster) is saying is just confirmation to support my true self work which is much more than just listening.

I think Sadia is an excellent starting out point for any of us starting to better ourselves, but after a while you'll yearn for more.

I like her. She talks openly about gender roles. She’s not a divisive sort of content creator. Doesn’t advocate for contention. She talks also about the dangers of men believing money will get them a better partner. She says the beautiful young wives of rich men and Abu Dhabi will use the credit cards of their husbands to have Afairs with young men. As a female dating coach I am very much upset about how Sadia discredits our intention to help men. She insults people publicly on social media (not very much like a psychologist should react) coming from her very conservative believes. I'm listening to her on a podcast and despite what people say here, her points are spot on. I'd seen a really twisted reddit page about her that was obviously politically & religiously written. People saying that she's not a "real psychologist." Even cursory research into her credentials would let them know that she graduated from Stanford w/ a PHD in it. We live in such a bizarre world where people will propagandise & slander on a dime. I had an experience with her today that would make me question her ethics and integrity. She made a post about men going to therapy being "unsexy". I disagreed and thought this was a dangerous message for young men to hear if they are in need of help. Repressing emotions leads to addiction, mental illness and other horrible things. I simply disagreed. She responded by calling me a weak man because I defended therapy. Okay. She then changed her comment settings so people couldn't comment. That was odd. If she believes strongly, she's protecting herself from criticism, which feels contradictory but okay. I responded to her comment in my story since she blocked her comments stating that I simply disagree, won't resort to calling her weak or anything like that, and would be open to a public discussion if she wanted. I simply disagree. No ill will, just disagree. She proceeded to call me weak in my DMs, tell me I'm fat, that I will never get women and that I should take testosterone. She has no context on my life. I saw this as an extremely emotionally immature response and she has lost all credibility with me personally due to her lack of tact and reactionary dialogue. I thought I would share this here for context but my experience with her was that I lead with respect, wrote the way I'm writing now, and was met with hostility. I simply don't believe she's an authority in any regard and based on my experience alone, I think she's unprofessional. I could care less if she disagrees with me or calls me weak and fat. But if it’s helpful I disagreed with her once on insta where she claimed “children can’t differentiate fear from respect so they have to fear you to respect you” and she replied with something along the lines of the following:-

“Boy, your period is coming, go get yourself a tampon” 🤣🤣🤣

I was genuinely so surprised so I replied that I was surprised she responded in such a manner but I will hold my peace and again she replied :-

In the above video which came out earlier today (today being 8/29/25), Sadia claims she's married. The video exposes her as being pretty crazy: a stalker, very delusional, entitled, possibly psychopathic, nearly serial killer level, and a proud whore and homewrecker (watch the video).

Sadia is turning out to be the things I thought I could detect about her. A woman who really is 'high-value' (or whatever) won't say it about herself and, if she must mention it, will keep all conversations about it short or/and speak well about the 'high-value' woman as if talking about other women and not herself (ie. she will take no credit directly or indirectly, overtly or subtly, for being an actual 'high-value' woman herself).

I never met or talked privately to Sadia (she charges 5,999 GBP ($8,101 USD) for one phone call to help men become 'high-value'), but I can say I believe my own intuition about her more than even the recent objective evidence that seems to clearly show that she is mentally ill or severely emotionally disturbed. I think she is probably heading for some more crashouts and a mental breakdown of some type sometime in the possibly near future.

So, what do I think personally about Sadia Khan? I don't trust her and believe she's one of many chameleons in the Manosphere or male space with impure intentions and motivations.

I'm a female psychology student and saw a video of her a year ago where she said "women who have gone through childhood trauma will never be able to build a healthy family". I literally had a belly ache for the whole day after watching that: the fact that a "psychologist" with such a huge platform would say something like that for the world to see...
I'm a survivor of childhood abuse and abandonment and that's 90% of the reason why I went into this field, to help people that come from similar backgrounds. It DOES get better with psychological work. We grow and evolve into a healthier versions ourselves everyday.

The fact that there's someone out there with a huge "psychology" platform spreading information like that just made me sick, honestly, I knew she wasn't a real Professional. As a psychology student I consume content from many psychology professionals online and she's by far the most alarming person I've ever seen "in the field".

I'm a biologist and I specialize in mating behavior. I focus on primates, but humans are also primates and we have the same fears and drives, most male primates including humans want resources, females, and climb the hierarchical ladder.

And primate females, well, you don't need a biologist to guess what they want, they want a male who has hierarchical status in their community, a male who provides enough resources for her and her offspring, a male that can protect them against danger.

Now, going back to humans, a woman will typically want the same things as a female primate, a masculine protective man with money and status. A guy who's short can definitely fill all those requirements, but it will be a little more difficult, take Peter Dinklage as an example, he has status and money, and nowadays we don't have to fight lions, so he doesn't have to be physically imposing, but there a lot of women who would still not date him because subconsciously they want a man who can protect them from any danger.

So, yeah, the game is a little different for short guys.
