She's absolutely right. Having to pass a safety class for, register, and safely store a uterus is terribly frustrating. It must also be annoying to have your uterus banned entirely in many major cities, as well as many other areas requiring a background check to simply have the uterus in the first place.

And don't even get me started on how uterus equipped people aren't allowed in schools, hospitals, government buildings, and many private businesses whatsoever. My personal favorite is how anybody who commits a crime has their uterus scooped clean out by the government. Fun times.

Instagram was filled with all of these posts meant to be shared en masse that were incomprehensible feminist bullshit. You've reopened an old memory of one of these that really bothered me, I wanted to see what y'all think. (Sorry it's not about your question, probably shouldn't engage with the people who post this anyway)

Literally everyone I knew from HS was posting one of these that didn't make sense to me. It was maybe a year post HS so my feed was entirely my old school chums. It had one of these images and text, swipe to read deals going on. It was discussing women's contraceptives, opening with "Should the burden of birth control be on men?" Or something like that. It spent most of the time using way too many words and data to say that men could father much, much more children in a year than any woman could (pretty much common knowledge yeah?). It finally went on saying that doctors were intentionally putting the burden of the negative symptoms onto women for no reason, when it should be on men "obviously". That's the whole post, it makes no sense to me and I've spent a lot of thought in the past trying to come up with every logical reason why it doesn't make sense, but it's just entirely stupid and you can't logic that.

I'm barely exaggerating when I say nearly every woman I knew was posting this on their Instagram. I thought I was in a really shitty episode of the Twilight zone where no one made sense anymore. I guess the moral of the story is even if the post looks official and nice, it's gone insanely viral, and everyone you know agrees with it, that still doesn't make it intelligent or worth our time to address the people who share these messages.

(Little rant about the post I saw, it makes noooo sense. Do feminists want to just trust every man that wants to have sex with them that they've definitely taken their birth control pill? Whether or not a man can have more children than you in a year is irrelevant, do YOU want to be pregnant? Do feminists think there's a conspiracy to only produce female birth control pills so that women have to suffer the symptoms? Do they know they don't have to take the pills? Do they know male birth control exists?)

Okay you're no longer able to enter schools hospitals or other protected areas if you want to get married your husband needs a background check and you both have to wait 3-6 business days before you get married. Your husband is not allowed to show you out in public except in specific states you're not allowed to sit in the passenger seat of a car unless your husband has a special license. If your fiance is a felon you're not allowed to marry him.

The Second Amendment used to stand for gun control. Then in 2008, NRA influence resulted in District of Columbia v. Heller which completely changed the interpretation of The Second Amendment. Ever since then, we’ve had a huge increase in gun related deaths, especially involving children.
