It’s time we revealed the CO2 and environmental waste generation of the makeup industry and how women’s vanity and obsession with their looks is destroying the planet. Women need to address their toxic femininity before climate change kills us all.

Or we could just let a guy eat a hamburger in peace ffs. That hamburger isn’t going to create climate change, and it helps keep him alive, which is more than can be said about makeup.

I vaguely remember someone who was trying to figure out how model the environmental impact of everything. It quickly became way too complicated trying to lay out a supply chain, then the supply chains for those, then what supplies them, etc. In the end, they found just going by how much something cost actually had a reasonable correlation. Not a great correlation, but it was a surprisingly simple way to estimate a ballpark and had the side benefit of being very simple.

So if you care, just buy less. If you buy less beef, but then use the money to buy more plastic toys from China, you did no good. It brings up some philosophical dilemmas when you realize living like a hermit buying very little leaving behind a huge stockpile of $, just means someone else is going to get it and then spend it. So you have to earn little too.

There was another study that tried to look into the environmental impact of various vehicles including the cost to fully recycle them in the end. It found an inexpensive sub compact car was the lowest. Medium grade steel is easy to recycle. Electric cars with all there composites, and batteries, not so much. Enough that it outweighed the Co2 emissions from the gasoline. Not what they'd have you think.

Let me know when there's a global ban on super yachts, private jets, dumping garbage in the rivers in India, and then we can talk about my diet.

I think such articles are very biased. I’ve read more objective articles discussing how ruminants can have a very symbiotic relationship with the environment. Given the right space they provide helpful fertilizer and aerate the soil. They are a net carbon sink.

Ruminants existed long before global warming was ever an issue including times of global cooling.

Where I live, cows forage on inhospitable lands turning wild plants uneatable to humans into a delicious and nutritious food for humans. Trying to water and fertilize such lands is what would tax the environment. Cow grazing is a much less invasive practice, requiring very little water and altering the environment little compared to growing crops on such lands.

Leftists can call me a climate change denier, but I no longer take climate change articles seriously anymore. The more I see articles like this, the more I doubt the threat of climate change. Tons of feminists, vegans, and Communists use the topic of climate change to spread their propaganda. I'll keep eating meat regardless. Plus eating meat increases testosterone on men.

I don't care if feminists say that men are responsible for climate change or if vegans say that I am bad for eating meat. I have the freedom to eat meat just as vegetarians and vegans have the freedom to choose not to eat meat. That's my personal opinion.

Here's a fun game: the next time you encounter an environmental activist bitching about "climate change", ask them what they're talking about. It will be global warming- it's ALWAYS global warming- but it will be the greenhouse effect. And even THAT isn't specific enough; it will be either CO2 or methane. That's all. It's like these people's knowledge of environmental science never went past fourth grade. Talk to them about sulfur hexafluoride, and they'll just stare at you blankly. Given the primary SOURCE of SH6 emissions, that's almost understandable, but the response isn't even anger; just confusion. Any other danger, any other problem, is beyond them.

This isn't science, it's dogma.

And now it's being pinned to anti-male sentiment as well; what a shock. Any bets on whether they'll go after the US or the UK first?

I don't get how the solution to these issues is always just consume less rather than breed less. If we stop immigrating millions from the 3rd world into the first world and just stabilize our populations then we could afford to live in big houses, drive cars and eat steak.

But seemingly that's a laughable position and we should all want to live in dog boxes while eating protein paste, walk everywhere and give corporations all our income in subscriptions so we don't have to 'own' anything.

It's like the whole world has gone crazy.
