Then white women who dominate HR, promote DEI female only hiring, female only promotions, female only networks etc. While telling men that women have no power in business or politics and that men have too much "male privilege".

Then when men wake up these white women show their true face of entitlement, scorn, anti-male bile as their masks come off, because they're not getting their way as easily anymore. Fuck 'em.
