99% is going out and talking to people. It's kind of a waste to ask a question like this.

But, you can practice free association and self amusement. Its the one thing you can practice at home.

Watch a TV show, pause it after any person finishes a line or sentence, then fill in the rest with your own self amusing lines. It should make you laugh and you can sexualize it any way you want. Be creative.

Next time your in a conversation you can do the same thing. Maybe not go over board so you don't insult anyone, but its the same principal.

Take improv drama classes. Picking up on non-verbals, context, listening and responding. Going with the flow. Flirting is a lot like that.

I used to practice listening to how I sound. How I looked. I’d invent scenarios and introduce myself. It’s like preparing for a presentation but it just can’t be static. You’re not going to experience an exact replica of what you practice but you can still work on your presentation.

Practice in the mirror, with a trusted friend, with your cat. Make sure you get out there though and set yourself a goal of talking to X number of women and try to get a phone number a day for a while.

Practice your voicetone and body language in front of the mirror. You can give out compliments to strangers or get more familiar with your female friends. Generally the best practice is your direct experience, you just need a warmup and some framework, and then you grind your technique with real circumstances feedback.

what to say or how to say it.

In my opinion, "HOW to say it" is the stupidest thing being promoted, because everyone knows that even the word "perfect" can be said in an enthusiastic voice and it means you like it, or it can be said in a sad, dissatisfied mode when you say it ironically and it means the opposite. So... why is this "how you say it" so important? It is like teaching a cat to climb a tree-it is fluff talk, everyone knows this.

"what to say" - You have to do your homework, otherwise you'll end up saying "Hi, how's it going?" to a girl and running out of things to say. Of course you will say it is the girl's fault, but actually, IT IS YOUR FAULT because it is your duty to create a subject to talk about. You can learn this by trial and error in a few days/weeks/months, or you can learn a few scripts/routines/gambits in a few minutes.

"shit test" - usually an exaggerated answer or silence will pass any shit test, you don't need to learn what to say to a particular question.
